Not too positive experience. Excellent food but some lack of tone in some presentations, for example the tasting of cheeses or one of the desserts we chose. Finally, according to the six of us, the price was excessive.

I went to this place for the first time with my wife for dinner, a very positive experience, we had a great time, let's try to give an opinion on the Borghese:
Room: 9 - Very welcoming with internal rooms which, however, we did not use as it was the summer season. We had dinner on a very nice air-conditioned veranda and there was also the possibility of staying in the outdoor garden.
Menu: 9 - very wide choice of dishes, all typically Parma, excellent quality of products, decidedly generous portions... the desserts!!! We don't drink wine but I think they are quite well stocked even as a cellar.
Service: 10 - Very friendly, excellent welcome, we were served by a boy, the owner's son, very brilliant, very kind without being intrusive, BRAVO!
Bill: 10 - In relation to what we ate the cost of dinner was low, among other things I was intrigued by a dessert and they brought us a taste (offered) which wasn't really a taste...
in conclusion local Highly recommended, I will definitely include it in my favorites and recurring ones.

We are from Dallas, Texas and were visiting family in Fidenza. On our final night they brought us here. The food and atmosphere were absolutely amazing! We met the owners and were given a tour of the restaurant. If you are in the area, you must give this place a try. You will not be disappointed. We begged them to open a Dallas location.

Excellent fried pie with mixed cured meats...fried polenta with gorgonzola...first course tortelli filled with radicchio seasoned with butter and cheese...duck breast in balsamic vinegar...breaded and fried lamb chops... for dessert we did not choose the palette which is a mix of various desserts but single portions of trifle, tiramisu and sorbet... all accompanied by an excellent prosecco

Grazie ad un amico che ci ha proposto una escursione nella zona di Fornio, partiti da Verona abbiamo voluto provare questa nuova esperienza culinaria che devo dire è stata molto coinvolgente.
La gestione famigliare dalla cucina fino alla cassa sono una garanzia di successo e se poi consideriamo anche il brillante figlio che “gestisce” la sala, la scelta fatta è stata giustificata.
Abbiamo provato due fuori menù negli antipasti e nei primi piatti che abbiamo gradito molto. Anche i dolci meritano una nota di merito. Il menù è ampio e andrebbe provato tutto almeno una volta. Se saremo nuovamente in zona sarà una tappa obbligata. Complimenti al giovane gestore e alla mamma cuoca!

Locale spettacolare in tutti i sensi, a partire dell'aperitivo in cantina, continuando con gli antipasti misti e le mezze maniche ripiene.
Filetto di cavallo spettacolare ma top oltre ogni aspettativa la zuppa inglese.
Consigliatissimo anche per la carta dei vini
