Good, traditional food without frills and generous portions. But, unbelievably, customers were smoking vape inside the restaurant. The stench was unbearable, we ran away. How is this possible?! Unheard of.

Always a confirmation! Excellent Bolognese cuisine... after living in Bologna for about 20 years, I can say that the traditional dishes are truly executed to perfection. I'm normally a purist, but even the slightly revisited dishes... are truly exceptional! Last night I was returning from Grosseto to Brescia, so I couldn't help but give it a try. Even though the place was packed shortly after, They called me back and offered me a chance! I jumped at the chance! GEN TI LIS SI MI!! When I'm in the area, I can't miss the opportunity. The only "negative" note... Beware of the huge portions! ADDICTIVE

A very unique and beautiful place. I'm glad I tried it with my wife and son. The service was super friendly and attentive. Despite the restaurant being busy, it was quick. We tried both the menu items and the specials presented by the waiter, all very good and traditional. Worth a try if you're in the area. I recommend making a reservation.

Trattoria Pizzeria Belle Arti

31/01/2026: We stayed in the apartment next door and looking for a place to eat the first night. Very pleasant surprise as it doesn't look like much from the street. We had some very good food and drinks with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Were planning to go back, but unfortunately didn't make it. Next time!!!
30/01/2026: Food was exeptional! Service wonderful and kind and really beautiful and cozy place in the center of Bologna 🩷 Would always come back!
