Excellent trattoria. I was here with friends for lunch. We had exceptional tortellini in broth, and gramigna pasta with sausage and saffron, also a truly delicious dish. We continued with the Bolognese cutlet, which was huge. I recommend sharing it because otherwise you risk not finishing it. We finished with excellent zuppa inglese, all accompanied by a good Cesanese wine. The atmosphere was informal and the service was very good. The waiter who served us was courteous and friendly, and the quality/price ratio was excellent. Highly recommended trattoria.

Highly recommended. We had a problem and arrived late compared to our reservation time, and despite this, they welcomed us even though it was very late. The dishes were delicious, especially the tagliatelle with mushrooms. The staff was kind and courteous, and the wait times were very short. The atmosphere was lovely, and we spent a lovely evening with the family. We'll be back, congratulations. 💪👏👏

I visited Trattoria Nonna Rosa, intrigued by the atmosphere, and I must say it's truly unique and distinctive. The walls and ceiling covered in photographs and t-shirts create a unique visual impact, making the place pleasant and different from the usual trattorias.
The customer service was impeccable; the staff were kind, attentive, and always available. I have no complaints about this; I felt cared for and welcomed in the right way.
Unfortunately, however, the food wasn't as impressive as I'd hoped. The quality of the ingredients seemed a bit below expectations. The pasta wasn't cooked properly; it was rather tough, and this ruined a dish that could have been much better.
The Milanese cutlet was also a bit burnt, with the breading too dark in some places. It was still tasty, but I definitely expected more attention to cooking for such a classic dish.
Overall, my impression is that the atmosphere is very nice and the service is truly excellent, but the kitchen should pay more attention to both the quality of the ingredients and the cooking process. With a little more care it could be a really good restaurant.

An interesting and unique location, but not very spacious and quite noisy. The cotoletta alla bolognese with black truffle is good but not exceptional.
The price is medium-high, but I'll try again in the future, perhaps for a first course.

Disappointing, at least compared to a few years ago.
White gramigna, not very flavorful.
Lasagna is adequate. Decent wine list. The desserts are good, including the tenerina and apple pie (inexplicably served piping hot). The bill is honest.
