Trattoria Nonna Maria In Termoli

I went to Nonna Maria for lunch today... I already knew the place having been there a few years ago. I returned after their experience at 4 restaurants... well what can I say, the octopuses in purgatory are a guarantee and the seafood risotto a real poem... tasty, rich in quality and variety fish.... the frying was excellent both for the quality of the fish and the oil, golden to perfection and just like a late summer sunset; golden yellow for the squid and red for the prawns. Mrs. Gianfranca is a nice, sunny and very kind institution.. Watch out for tiramisu 😉😉 I'll come back to try it... with coffee though... The service and value for money are also good. See you soon..

Located on the main street of Termoli a few steps from the castle. There is no wine list (only 1 choice). For the proposed offer: mediocre and expensive dishes Excellent service: Antonio and Donato are very kind and attentive to every request.

Driven by curiosity after seeing the restaurant on TV, and after having tried all 4 in our very humble opinion (we are not chefs) but in this place we licked our chops and even our fingers 😂 really delicious, congratulations

Locale eccellente, crudo freschissimo, frittura ottima, servizio veloce, pulito senza problemi alcuni. Chi vuole del pesce fresco a Termoli ci deve venire.

This time we decided to try a restaurant we had never been to. The restaurant took part in 4 restaurants, coming second but despite this the owners "did not go to their heads" as happened to many other places. Nice place in the center of Termoli, easily accessible. Very good broth, perhaps the price is slightly high but for a dish that can be considered unique if they combined a little pasta to "clean" the dish it could be there (for clarity, we didn't ask for pasta, we had also eaten the appetizer, so I can't tell you whether asking for it increased the price or not, but it wasn't mentioned on the menu and no one asked us if we wanted it). Only two notes: 1) tables a little small and very close together but being a trattoria it can pass 2) service a little too "hurried", the broth arrived while we were eating the starter and the fried food while the others were eating the first course, but here too we took our effort by arriving at 2.00pm, a piece of advice: when you make the reservation, advise not to arrive later than 1.30pm because the kitchen closes. To conclude, good quality/price ratio, I will return.

I don't know why, despite having booked the day before and with the place empty, we were placed at a service table next to the door and despite having asked to be moved because we were in a passage point for the customers' entrance with my chair behind us. a collection of butts is dirty which could also have been cleaned before seating us, upon our arrival there were three round tables for two with placemats cleared very well and we hoped to be seated there but instead they made us sit at this service table saying that they were booked but the customers who arrived after 30 minutes asked for a table for two and had not booked because they said so, upon our arrival at 12.30 the tables were empty (the excuse the tables are booked was not true) let's say that they use it as an excuse to get passers-by to stop and have lunch with them and a well-set table makes you want to stop and eat since the place is located on the central street of Termoli, the food was very good, but I won't go back given how we were accommodated, we need more care towards customers and try to satisfy their needs too, I am also a trader and I try to meet customer requests to then be an excellent business card
