Trattoria Nonna Adelma In Tradate

Had a lovely lunch here on the way back to the airport. Food was excellent, as was the service. Well worth a stop for what feels like authentic Italian food.

Unfortunately, of everything I ate, very few things were homemade: the Mora Romagnola cured meats (excellent) were obviously not; the homemade piadina was okay, you could barely taste the baking soda; the pasta was all store-bought, but the ragù was good. Homemade; the ricotta dessert was a mix of industrial products. I think the skewer was pre-cooked, but still very dry. Perhaps I was stupid to expect homemade pasta in a restaurant in Romagna (even in Tradate). Next time I'll ask if they have anything homemade. The price is reasonable.

Excellent traditional Emilia-Romagna food, revisited and modernized. Fairly priced. Not many tables, but excellent service.

Small and pretty location, very detailed service, with clear explanations on the menu. The dishes, however, very delicious and excellent, I recommend.

The food is very very good. Selected and high quality ingredients cooked in a skillful way to enhance the flavors. The managers are very good at their job and when they explain the dishes they transmit passion. Definitely recommended.

First experience in this delicious trattoria, which takes you back in time and makes you feel at home. Garganelli with white rabbit ragù and ravioli filled with plaice (first courses), followed by suckling pig with green pepper and sea bream au gratin (second courses). Handmade pasta, carefully prepared dishes, seasoned just right, friendly staff, a large selection of wines and an excellent grappa from Romagna made the dinner truly enjoyable. To return!

Ci sono passato davanti diverse volte, ma poi per un motivo o per l'altro, non mi sono riuscito a fermare. Questa sera invece si. Ottima scelta direi. Ci siamo goduti un antipasto romagnolo con salumi e formaggi di alta qualità, in più, i carciofi fritti e le due bruschette con la salsiccia erano veramente buoni la piadina preparata a regola d'arte; che dire poi delle tagliatelle della nonna Adelma e dei Garganelli al ragù bianco di coniglio? E stato tutto perfetto e noi ne abbiamo gradito ogni boccone. Finalmente abbiamo trovato un "rifugio peccatorum" a due passi da casa. Tra l'altro anche il parcheggio non è un problema, a due passi dal locale. Se siete in zona, andate a fare una capatina. merita.

We enjoyed a Romagna appetizer with high quality cured meats and cheeses, plus the fried artichokes and the two bruschettas with sausage were really good, the piadina prepared to perfection; what about grandma Adelma's tagliatelle and Garganelli with white rabbit ragout? Everything was perfect and we enjoyed every bite. We finally found a "peccatorum refuge" a stone's throw from home. Furthermore, parking is not a problem, just a stone's throw from the venue. If you're in the area, go and drop by. it deserves.
