We had a very pleasant lunch on the terrace. Excellent service and even better food. We ordered pizza and calzone, and tiramisu for dessert. Everything was delicious.

A Firenze per la seconda volta, ho lasciato le strade vicino al mio hotel nei pressi della stazione ferroviaria di Santa Maria Novella. Una di queste stradine, mi ha scatenato la curiosità per le tante trattorie, e tutti affollati con tavoli sul marciapiede. Una di queste porte, mi trasse in automatico a causa della strada si poteva vedere attraverso il vetro, un luogo incantevole, un ambiente in penombra che è stato inondato con aromi di spezie. Entrando Nerone, un grande incantesimo è venuto su di me, perché tutto lì dentro sembrava un grande tesoro! Pezzi stupendi che decorano le pareti, tavolini circondati da sedie uniche, diverse le une dalle altre, unica e meravigliosa! Le pareti, opere d'arte, soprammobili rinascimentali, vecchi giornali come sfondo, lampadari bellíssimos illuminando il tutto con uno sfondo giallo ...

First of all, it's true that the atmosphere is really excellent! The food was honestly very good, and there's a chance to be affordable while still eating well. However, the service wasn't the most courteous. We were very kind to the waiters, and we didn't get the feedback we were hoping for, even unfortunately very stupid. However, aside from that, there's excellent potential.

Excelente local, atendimento e decoração. A comida estava excelente e foi o melhor vinho que tomei na Itália, com preço justo. A entrada é simples, mas o interior do local é espetacular. Recomendo demais.

Pranzo di lavoro in questa tipica trattoria Toscana con una forte caratterizzazione estetica dell'arredamento, servizio veloce, piatti buoni e ben preparati. Penne al ragù e fette di manzo con patate. Pranzo piacevole, di qualità, sicuramente da tornare.

I really appreciate the variety of dough options, including regular and gluten-free, with the option of lactose-free mozzarella, demonstrating great customer service. The clean environment and outdoor seating create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Furthermore, the friendly staff and the fabulous desserts for celiacs and lactose intolerants complete the culinary experience. I will gladly return.
18/07/2025: Unfortunately, on summer evenings they have outdoor tables, and those who decide to eat inside, to avoid mosquitoes, experience slower service.

17/06/2025: It is a really beautiful hotel. We were very pleased with its friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, and quality breakfast. There is also a playground for children. It is surrounded by nature and offers a peaceful atmosphere. Plus, it is very easy and quick to reach Florence. Definitely one of the best accommodation options outside the city. A hotel is open-air, with personal cordiale, camere spaziose and pulite, and una colazione eccellente. C’è anche un’area giochi per i bambini. Immerso nella natura, offre un’atmosfera tranquilla. Inoltre, è molto facile and veloce raggiungere Firenze. Sicuramente una delle migliori opzioni di alloggio fuori città.
07/06/2025: 🟢 Positive side: - The breakfast is impeccable. - The restaurant food is not bad. - The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. 🔴 Negative side: - The showers (which we had in rooms 101 and 121) are very small. They are uncomfortable at times.
