Located in a nice cozy street and with good food. The lady who served us was amazing. We tried two of the pizzas, Calabrian was delicious. The only thing we did not like was the house wine, it was a little sour and extremely difficult to swallow for some reason.

I recommend this cute little place to everyone. It's in a side street and it's very, very cozy and everything is authentic. We had the Toscani cheese and cold cuts, carbonara and truffle pasta. It was excellent! The cheese, cold cuts and pasta are homemade. The service was provided by a lovely lady, Bianca, who was very kind and polite. Her offer was delicious!

Dropped in today for a late lunch at 3 in afternoon- no problem- service excellent, wine good and food good. Friendly and attentive. Definitely a good place to eat (Decor is also a bit bizarre but in a good and dimly comforting way)

Excelente local, atendimento e decoração. A comida estava excelente e foi o melhor vinho que tomei na Itália, com preço justo. A entrada é simples, mas o interior do local é espetacular. Recomendo demais.

Pranzo di lavoro in questa tipica trattoria Toscana con una forte caratterizzazione estetica dell'arredamento, servizio veloce, piatti buoni e ben preparati. Penne al ragù e fette di manzo con patate. Pranzo piacevole, di qualità, sicuramente da tornare.

21/05/2025: After yesterday evening I can and must say that I no longer have any doubts in affirming that, if you want to eat a good Roman Pinsa in Florence, "Bianco Zero Zero" is definitely the right place! I thank so much the very nice and friendly girl who served us at the table for having convinced me to follow her advice to try the off-menu proposal, that is a Pinsa with chopped fresh tomato, buffalo mozzarella and lots of basil on top. I really devoured it in an instant because it was truly idyllic to the palate and beautiful to the sight. Thank you very much and compliments for the service and for the quality of the raw materials you offer. I fully recommend it.
04/05/2025: The place is nice but the service was absolutely disorganized. It took them a long time to come and order and bring us the cover, and at the table next to us they got the order wrong. On the other hand, the pizza arrived quickly and was very good.
