The atmosphere is simple yet very welcoming. Cristina is friendly and welcoming, and she's also a very knowledgeable tour guide on the history of the area and its most significant sites. The traditional dishes are delicious, using authentic local ingredients. I especially recommend the stianconi with pancetta and onion.

Good, plentiful, and authentic food that tastes like home, in a relaxing, family-friendly atmosphere where you can sense love and care for the local area. Don't miss the stianconi and the torta di pane! We'll definitely be back on our next trips to the area (we stopped here before visiting Rocchetta Mattei).

Very good trattoria; I had excellent penne all'amatriciana from the daily menu. The bread cake with amaretti biscuits and dark chocolate was also delicious. Cristina makes you feel at home. The restaurant is small, so reservations are recommended.

14/04/2026: We stopped by on Monday for lunch, so the fixed price was €15. Wine (Trebbiano) and coffee included! Everything was delicious; I especially remember the perfectly cooked mushroom risotto. The staff was young, fast, and friendly. The place was new and clean. Excellent!
