Trattoria Naldi In Loiano

A simple trattoria, eaten well without praise... Overall, local cuisine, the first courses good, the second courses nothing special except a grilled sausage and a grilled scamorza... Very basic fried battered courgettes and courgette flowers.

Excellent tortelloni balanzoni and sausage with side chips. Spartan place but good food!

Mrs. Antonella welcomed us into this small temple dedicated to the search for ancient flavors. Tagliatelle with mushrooms or ragù, crescentine, dried sausage, grilled caciotta. Next time I will certainly dedicate it to the first courses (the balanzoni await me), another time to the crescentine and cold cuts, yet another time to the second courses, with almost scientific rigor. Digested perfectly in two hours; excellent sign. High quality, low price. And courtesy to the stars.

Classic hill trattoria, few dishes but well cooked and prepared, with the possibility of eating outside too. The house wine is also good. Low expense. To visit.

Original trattoria from our Apennines. The stuffed crescents were excellent and the cheese offered as an entry was appreciated. we would have preferred to skip the ham with balsamic vinegar and the fried courgette flowers. the house wine (sangiovese) is good, the bread is not so good. more than fair account.
