Trattoria Naldi In Loiano

From a grocery store to a bear-friendly trattoria, it's halfway complete. The lady at the tables is very nice and genuine. The place is very simple, like the food, but I wasn't expecting anything different. Both the tagliatelle and the ravioli are so-so, the house wine is good, and the artichokes and spinach are delicious.

On the road to Futa, turning off at Barbarolo on a curve, you'll find a historic local trattoria known only to those who have been in the Bolognese Apennines for three generations. Yes, because from an old oil and wine shop, then tobacconist, and finally a family-run trattoria, you wouldn't expect to find a cuisine offering Michelin-starred first courses. Stop and enjoy the cannelloni, ravioli, and rosettes, all made with fresh homemade pasta. Every bite will take you back to when you were little, when your mothers or grandmothers delighted you with dishes that will remain etched in your memory. Simple service and simple cuisine, but definitely worth a try.

Dinner for two on August 12th. The lovely and friendly owner recommended the freshly made Balanzoni with ricotta and mortadella, and they were delicious! The tagliatella, sausage, crostata, and house-made Pignoletto were also delicious!!! Next time we'll try the crescentine! Dining out there feels like stepping back in time! We'll definitely be back!!!

Delicious place, genuine, family run. Excellent cuisine and very kind staff. It is the ideal place to enjoy the beauty of slow life, the frenzy of the world remains outside the door. :)

Excellent food in an atmosphere of times gone by. The authentic breath of this restaurant overwhelmed us. After a wonderful trip on the futa, this restaurant emerges amidst the beauty of the Apennines and treats you to simple, good food. I can only recommend it…

The 5-star review is a must after the experience in this place... I was in the area for work and the lady prepared a delicious business lunch for us with quality dishes!
