A quick working lunch, a new discovery! A restaurant run by a lady who cares about her cuisine and her dishes, from the buffet to the main courses, everything is really good! Particular appreciation for the first course, a pasta with red prawn, mussels, clams and calamari out of this world

Un pranzo di lavoro veloce , una nuova scoperta ! Una trattoria guidata da una signora che tiene alla sua cucina e ai suoi piatti, dal buffet ai secondi tutto veramente buono! Particolare apprezzamento per il primo, una pasta con gambero rosso, cozze, vongole e calamari la fine del mondo.. Dio salvi la signora, il valore aggiunto

The lady who takes the order, God save the lady who takes the order. Kind, story-telling, enthusiastic and generous with explanations. I would have followed her everywhere, on a splendid food and wine journey to discover Trinacria. But I didn't have time, I didn't have space in a meaningless day. I ate the cod salad, a pure apotheosis of flaky freshness. I would have eaten the whole buffet. I would have hugged the waitress who brought the water for her kindness. We rude barbarians of the North are not used to it but we are still in need of love. Price? 30 euros. Right, necessary. A hair more expensive than others, a hair better than many. I lit my cigar and said hello cheerfully. What a beautiful life.

What a wonderful restaurant. It's not a tourist trap and authentic Sicilian food. Luckily, a local recommended it. We had the buffet for 15 euros. It included all the contorni for the day. It was the best meal, hands down, that I've had in Italy. Fresh food is purchased daily. The staff were smiling and so helpful. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

Cucina tipica messinese. I piatti sono eccellenti, si sentono i vecchi sapori di casa. Personale accogliente. Consiglio vivamente la pasta con il ragù di coniglio e l’antipasto a buffet.
