Typical Piedmontese dishes, fresh, excellent ingredients... everything perfect. The first courses and desserts are highly recommended. I had a white ragù and a bread cake, which were wonderful. The staff was knowledgeable and extremely kind. Even though it was packed for the fair, they found us a seat after a few minutes of waiting. We stumbled upon it by chance, but we'll definitely be back soon ❤️

My wife and I went to this restaurant located in the historic center near the hospital, they made us sit on the upper floor, we had a mix of appetizers, another appetizer of peppers with bagna cauda, then my wife tagliolini with white ragù and I had the parlapå hamburger, I must say that there was a bit of confusion (perhaps because of the fair) we had asked for a liter of still water and a quarter of wine, the liter of water and a glass of wine arrived... which they promptly replaced, then the appetizers arrived, my wife ate her mix of appetizers, unfortunately I had to send the peppers with bagna cauda back to the kitchen because they were cold (I pointed out to the cashier that they were cold and I was told that it had been forgotten in the dumbwaiter, but it wasn't cold in the room, it was cold in the fridge) the first course was very good, the hamburger on the other hand was really Parlapá... in the sense that it was a truly truly excellent evening, then we had 2 desserts and 2 coffees for a total of 35 euros each, good value for money, but and There is a but when it came to paying I spoke to the cook (I think also the owner) I told her that the appetizer with peppers was brought to me cold, I would have expected her to say I'm sorry, there was a mix-up... instead despite having a lot of people waiting she got defensive telling me that I had sent the dish back to the kitchen and it came back hot, also because I said that I write reviews she told me to do it calmly... that hers is one of the best trattorias in the area, I could even agree... but I think that you have to listen to the customer without getting upset (I understand that she was defending her professionalism and her place but attracting attention with all the people waiting... no thanks) I think that the trattoria has excellent potential, but I understand a vintage environment, but when you have a 3R table with peeling paint a tablecloth or at least a larger placemat would help, then the small plastic containers of the mixed appetizers, make no sense I think that glass or ceramic bowls or plates with more compartments would be more Consistent, as you can see, I write reviews based on my experiences. If it hadn't been for that discussion, I would definitely have given the food 4 stars and the service 3. Besides the mix-up with the wine, when two people order a first and second course and then say they'll have dessert afterwards... I've always been served the first and second courses together, but I waited at least 15 minutes for my burger. However, if you're in the area, the food is good... maybe go on a weekend when there aren't any events, or during the week.

Highly recommended trattoria. Truly excellent food, a quiet and charming place. Impeccable service. I didn't know this restaurant but I'm so happy to have discovered it.

Not a dinner, but an exceptional experience. I ate the famous peppers with bagna cauda, which I can say took me back to the true, authentic flavors of Piedmont. I then moved on to a spectacular boiled meat dish that melted in my mouth. Finally, they amazed me with a Sacher torte worthy of its name. After having eaten the original in Austria, I hadn't experienced that again. All served with kindness and courtesy, which is no small feat these days. Thanks to the staff, but especially to the chef, who gave me a wonderful, tasty evening worthy of the name of dinner. 🥰

The first word that comes to mind when describing this place is "welcoming." Very homey. Extensive menu and excellent food quality. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value. I highly recommend it. I'll definitely be back. Well done!
