Delicious Pizza ! We found this hidden gem yesterday while shopping! The prosciutto e funghi Pizza and the salami pizza was delicious! Would try again. We finished everything on our plate 😊

Tortello is a large ravioli with a raw egg yolk in the middle. The filling is Parmesan cheese and spinach. To be honest, the whole ravioli tastes like Parmesan. The presence of spinach is very low. The egg yolk is mainly used to make the cheese smoother and less salty. So if you are expecting a strong egg yolk flavor, you may be disappointed. You won't feel too full after eating the whole thing. You can order other dishes if you have a stomach. This is a plus for guests who eat alone but want to try different dishes. Roasted stuffed rabbit Super delicious 😋, the potato is crispy on the outside and very dense on the inside, without any bitterness of potato, dipped in the fat of rabbit meat and truffle, with the faint aroma of rosemary, the monotonous potato becomes a mouth-watering side dish; the main course of rabbit meat sealed with truffle is very fragrant, the rabbit meat tastes quite like turkey, but it is not so tender and harder, but not dry. It’s the first time to have fresh truffles, the taste is crispy, and the rosemary brings out the layers. Highly recommended

My expectations were a bit high after reading the reviews but unfortunately we were let down. House wine was very good so was the dessert. However starter and main were average and nothing really special. Service was a mixed bag too as some of the team members were very polite and helpful while others were not. I don't say this light heartedly but it was more than obvious that locals were much more welcome than visitors in this place.

The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. We were served by Barbara, who was incredibly kind and attentive. Highly recommended

An ideal place. Delicious food, exquisite service. A short but perfect menu, and exquisite dishes with daily suggestions. We went twice during our six-day visit to Rome. And I have to add that the air conditioning works here. Many restaurants tell you that it does, and it's just as hot outside as it is inside. However, it was very, very comfortable here.

Great food! An experience worth repeating.

It's one of the best restaurants I've eaten at in years. Authentic flavors, quality dishes, and above all, that warm, friendly customer service that makes you feel at home. An unexpected experience in this historic restaurant of balance. The parmesan tart, veal with tuna sauce, and duck breast are excellent. Highly recommended. P.S. Reservations are required; the place is small and they're always busy.

Trattoria Monti is a guarantee of quality food. Nestled in a picturesque setting, just off Piazza Vittorio, it's a must-visit for lovers of good food. They serve specialties from the Marche region, but not exclusively. The restaurant is small but very welcoming, with impeccable service. Reservations are highly recommended.

Piccolo ristorante sobrio ed informale, con cucina a vista, molto curato. La gestione familiare, il servizio cordiale, veloce e cortese. Cucina marchigiana. Coniglio ripieno, maialino, primi della tradizione marchigiana, dolci ben proporzionati sono alcune delle caratteristiche culinarie che permettono di attribuire il massimo del punteggio. Un indirizzo davvero valido, tra Piazza Vittorio Emanuele e Santa Maria Maggiore. Ottimo antipasto di baccalà marinato. Buonissima la pasta a mano tutti i giorni Buonissimo il tortello al rosso d’uovo con una grattata di tartufo, le tagliatelle al tartufo, i passatelli con parmigiano. Stupendi i secondi piatti abbiamo preso il coniglio ripieno arrosto tartufato con patate, il piccione arrosto con patate. Per concludere il tortino di mele con zabaglione, tartin di pere su crema inglese, tutto indimenticabile. Ottima carta dei vini, senza ricarichi eccessivi, con Marche in testa, il verdicchio di Jesi proposto anche in caraffa e alla mescita. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
