Tourists who like to eat well have a problem with Italy of expectation/reality. Lately it is easy to access very good Italian food in any large city, so we come with a demanding palate and it is easy to get frustrated, even going to places recommended either by well-known guides or by local diners. Thanks to the Monti team for serving authentic, fresh, unpretentious, and delicious food. It is the only pasta of my entire trip to Italy in which I did not have to ask for cheese because it was impossible to improve the dish as it was served. Congratulations everyone! That said, they could improve the coffee which was hot and a little bitter. I hope to return soon :)

Outstanding food and service. Make sure you book in advance. Radicchio flan in the starters and their special dessert were awesome.

Great food and good service... Seems like a local place (the ladies sitting next to me said they visit this restaurant for 20 years!) I ordered the ravioli with potatoes/pig cheek..also the duck breast... Both are very good and are a good experience.. Recommended... Better call in advance for reservation.... You should try if you stay near Termini...
Excellent traditional italian food. Quick and kind waiters. Tagliatelle al ragu and duck was amazing, the desserts were not that much to our liking, but that is a matter of taste.
You need a reservation or else you might not get a table.

A nugget!
We spent a divine evening in a chic and warm setting. In a restaurant frequented by Italians, we were the only foreigners (authenticity that we are looking for).
Our host received us excellently, mixing Italian, French and English! Very good advice on the choice of refined, home-cooked dishes and wine to suit our tastes.
To give you an idea, we paid 30e per person for a shared starter, main course and dessert. Remember to book.

The service staff was very kind. We thought we would be rejected when we went there very late, but he still accepted us. We only had to wait a few minutes to eat a lot of delicious food. When the Ravioli is cut open, the egg yolk flows out, and the taste is harmonious and delicious; the eggplant and duck breast sauces are both sweet and slightly sour, which is perfect for someone who likes salty and sweet tastes. The goat ricotta cheese pudding at the end was also delicious, with a rich goat milk flavor and a creamy texture.

Piccolo ristorante sobrio ed informale, con cucina a vista, molto curato. La gestione familiare, il servizio cordiale, veloce e cortese. Cucina marchigiana.
Coniglio ripieno, maialino, primi della tradizione marchigiana, dolci ben proporzionati sono alcune delle caratteristiche culinarie che permettono di attribuire il massimo del punteggio. Un indirizzo davvero valido, tra Piazza Vittorio Emanuele e Santa Maria Maggiore. Ottimo antipasto di baccalà marinato. Buonissima la pasta a mano tutti i giorni Buonissimo il tortello al rosso d’uovo con una grattata di tartufo, le tagliatelle al tartufo, i passatelli con parmigiano. Stupendi i secondi piatti abbiamo preso il coniglio ripieno arrosto tartufato con patate, il piccione arrosto con patate.
Per concludere il tortino di mele con zabaglione, tartin di pere su crema inglese, tutto indimenticabile.
Ottima carta dei vini, senza ricarichi eccessivi, con Marche in testa, il verdicchio di Jesi proposto anche in caraffa e alla mescita.
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
