A cuisine that cherishes tradition and, over the years, has never lost its most authentic flavors. The homemade pasta is excellent: the delicate and fragrant porcini hearts arrive with a touch of class: a sprinkle of grated Fossa cheese, a tribute to the region, instead of the traditional cheese bowl. The tagliatelle with ragù are excellent: wide, coarse, and cooked to perfection. The ragù, flavorful and well-thinned, completes the dish without being overpowering. The roast rabbit is delicious, rich in flavor and expertly cooked, resulting in a tender and fragrant dish. Homemade mascarpone and tiramisu round out the meal with a sweet treat perfect for a leisurely Sunday.
