Prompt, friendly service. Very good food. Very tasty dessert! Average wine. Reasonably priced. The covered "garden" looks like a hall.

In the area for work we stop at this restaurant for lunch as it is close to the hotel where we are staying. Tables in the garden with a tent, the atmosphere is very nice even if when it is hot you can hear it a lot down there. A menu is not brought, a few dishes are offered, a take-away menu brought only after ordering and we discover many other dishes not offered. As advice I would say to leave a complete menu to the customer, at most the variations of the day are exposed verbally. Cacio e pepe unfortunately too liquid, while the squid ink is good. Very small bathroom along the corridor. The service is however kind and present. I count for a total of €40 per person, I do not argue about the amount, but since I did not have a menu the prices are not known, if you also give me a total amount without a detail the customer will never know the cost of each individual course.

20/01/2025: Eine spontane Entdeckung, in der wir mit Glück noch zwei Plätze ergattert haben: Kleine Karte mit tollen Gerichten, schönen Weinen dazu und freundlichem Service - und vielen Stammgästen, wie man vielen Begrüßungen entnehmen konnte. Wir haben den Abend genossen.
13/01/2025: Valentina dal Duchi ci porta a pranzo in questo vicino locale, che abbiamo già sperimentato in precedenza. Gli amici sono entusiasti di Trieste (chi non lo è?) e quindi optiamo per un pranzo veloce, ma piacevole. Buone proposte dal menù e seguendo i suggerimenti del personale ci riteniamo ampiamente soddisfatti, il “rosso 35”poi …una vera delizia! Un ottimo caffè e via in direzione Cavana 👋👋 alla prossima..

14/09/2025: First time at this butcher shop Very friendly and helpful staff, ready to offer advice!! The counter is very well stocked, with many delicacies. We cooked the "exceptional" chicken skewers, truly delicious chicken!! The same goes for the beef skewers "bombette" and asado. The prices are normal. We will gladly return.
15/08/2025: I've been shopping at this butcher shop for many years: I've always found the quality excellent, with a wide variety of meats. The owners' helpfulness is also remarkable. I've recommended this butcher shop to many people, and everyone has given me very positive feedback, so much so that they even come from other parts of the city to buy.
