The culinary offering focuses mainly on typical dishes of the local Canavese and Piedmontese tradition. Definitely delicious and excellently prepared, one more unmissable than the other.

I was today November 17th for lunch in this wonderful trattoria, all the food we consumed was simply divine, we sat for more than two hours tasting everything and it was really a lot of food, among the various courses I remember veal with tuna sauce, a pumpkin pie, potato meatballs with salami, tortellini del plin with three broths, tagliatelle with sauce and chestnuts and blueberries, braised meat with polenta, and chocolate dessert, coffee, I probably missed some courses, but there were so many, not to be missed underestimate the dining room staff who served, courteous and very diligent and kind, and what about the location, furnished in
very refined manner, but at the same time also very welcoming. 5 well deserved stars.

An unprecedented culinary experience. A rustic environment that recalls the pleasures of grandmother's cooking. The dishes are a delight for the palate and the senses. The use of refined, fresh and local ingredients makes this trattoria a Piedmontese icon. The exceptional service; they made us feel like family. A complete dinner including several starters, two first courses, one second course and dessert at an absolutely negligible price. What else to say? I have been living in Piedmont for a year and a half and only today, for the first time, did I taste the richness and truly original culinary offerings of this land. I can't give 21 stars but you deserve them all.⭐

Trattoria in centro ad Ivrea, ambiente datato, poco curato. Il servizio è attento e puntuale, peccato per la poca varietà del menu e per alcuni piatti, davvero deludenti! Se avessi dovuto valutare il posto in base ai piatti che ho ordinato io, non avrei dato nemmeno una stella: il risotto al blu d'Aosta non ha nemmeno un pezzettino di blu d'Aosta ed era una specie di riso bollito con sughetto alla pera triple sec e i tomini freschi di antipasto sono semplicemente dei caprini con miele e nocciole. Anche i tagliolini erano senza sale e senza un gusto effettivo. Buoni invece i capunet, il bollito misto e il muscolo.
Giudizio complessivo: nella norma, non ci tornerei sicuramente

Tasted tasting menu, optimal solution to taste the highlights of the menu. Excellent experience, incredibly good dishes and the right doses... it's a shame we're passing through here, otherwise I'd go back more often!

Trattoria ai piedi della salita per la Cattedrale ed il Castello. locale con arredamento un po' vecchio, ma ambiente pulito. Personale gentile e servizio molto veloce. Piatti tipici piemontesi rivisitati con fantasia (ad esempio ottimi i ravioli aperti alla zucca) e molto prelibati. Conto onesto. Consigliato!
