I finally managed to find a seat, and my expectations were not disappointed: the food was well-prepared and carefully prepared, and the menu was thoughtful. The service was prompt and attentive, and you could tell they care about their work. The warm atmosphere, warmed by the fireplace, and the detailed descriptions of the dishes were much appreciated. We ate divinely, from the appetizers to the selection of desserts and sorbet. Special praise goes to the tagliata, which melted like butter under the knife, accompanied by a spectacular sauce and, as mentioned in other reviews, the salt on the edge of the plate. The prices were absolutely reasonable; in fact, I expected them to be higher given that they are in the Michelin Guide. If I have the chance, I'll gladly return!

Always worth a stop on our way to Trieste, Udine, etc. The food is first-class and authentic, and the service is exceptionally friendly.
My favorites are the pasta with San Daniele cheese and poppy seeds, and the stratagliata 🫠😋

We always love returning to this place, where the atmosphere and the people make us feel at ease. The food is excellent and beautifully presented.
In winter, it's nice to sit by the fireplace.
Good value.
They also have a gluten-free/food intolerance menu.

It deserves a review. I arrived with fairly high expectations, which were not disappointed at all. The service was prompt, smiling, and welcoming. Sitting near the fireplace, the fireplace warmed me and made the meal enjoyable. The house wine was excellent, the food exceptional, the quality of the meat and the cooking of the snails remarkable. Chiara, simply unique. The only downside that ruined the finish a bit was the dessert plate had an unpleasant, slightly stale smell, but that's something that can happen. I would gladly return.

I'm sharing this review because it deserves to be reviewed.
Everything was excellent, from appetizer to dessert, everything was delicious... I'm giving an extra star to a very important but often overlooked detail: I ordered a tagliata and was told that the salt was on the edges and not on top of the meat, which is a very positive note as the flavor of the meat is very concentrated and doesn't get lost in the salt.
Keep up the good work, you're doing great! 🌸
