Everything was really good and the service was excellent.
Discovered by chance while searching online while I was passing through Brescia for a few hours.

Had lunch with a 25 euro menu....Really good homemade casoncelli...top quality...recommended...the only flaw is the very small portions...the beef stew is really good...just a slice...the toilets outside leave something to be desired...worth trying anyway.

Welcoming place, attentive service, really good food. I had the casoncelli, excellent homemade pasta; the braised beef with polenta was excellent, as was the sbrisolona.

This isn't a restaurant! I'm going against the grain and saying that I think it's an art gallery with a restaurant. The paintings by G. Bergomi, adorning every wall throughout the restaurant, are exceptional. Brushstrokes imbued with vivid colors are breathtaking.
Coming back to earth, all the dishes we sampled were well received, with special mentions for the bagoss cheese and sbrisolona. Attentive and courteous service, and reasonable prices.

Hands down, the best business lunch in Brescia. Simple but high-quality menu, at the right price (€20 for a first course, second course, water, wine, and coffee).
The pork fillet is excellent! 👏

The only criticism, if I really had to make one, was that the space was a bit cramped and noisy due to the chatter of everyone at the table. Otherwise, everything was fine:

Excellent restaurant serving traditional cuisine in the heart of Brescia. We loved the pumpkin malfatti with butter, the bagòss cheese mereconde, and the mustard-flavored pork tenderloin. Prices are in line with the quality of the dishes.
