Passing through San Vito lo Capo, we had lunch at this restaurant with a pleasant, shaded veranda. Friendly staff, well-prepared dishes, and a bill in line with the amount consumed. Pleasant.

Four of us had dinner. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was both good quality and plentiful. Highly recommended. Excellent value for money.

This has become my favorite restaurant. The food is excellent, whatever you decide to order. The owner, Mariella, is a wonderful, friendly person who engages everyone. The atmosphere is comfortable and you feel right at home.

Cibo buono veramente, ambiente poco sereno. I modi di quella che presumiamo sia la proprietaria, verso la dipendente cameriera soprattutto, erano vergognosi. Una persona non può morire servendo troppi tavoli al secondo, altrimenti lavora male. Se si fosse meno maleducati magari una persona lavorerebbe più serenamente.

Abbiamo scoperto la Trattoria da Mariella quasi per caso, ma è diventata subito uno dei punti forti della nostra vacanza. Atmosfera autentica, accoglienza calorosa e piatti che raccontano la vera anima della cucina siciliana. Il cous cous di pesce è stato senza dubbio il protagonista assoluto: saporito, ricco di profumi mediterranei e cucinato con grande maestria. Il brodo di pesce era intenso e avvolgente, il cous cous perfettamente sgranato e gli ingredienti freschissimi. Un piatto che da solo merita la visita. Ottima anche la selezione di antipasti, con prodotti locali preparati con cura e semplicità. Il servizio è stato gentile e attento, senza mai risultare invadente. Consigliatissima per chi vuole gustare una cucina genuina e tradizionale, in un ambiente familiare e rilassato. Torneremo sicuramente!
