We returned to eat at the Margherita restaurant a few months after the new opening and it proved to be a real guarantee, excellent and genuine food, staff attentive to the various requests and needs. Definitely worth trying! We will definitely be back!

Characteristic and well-kept place. Impeccable and very courteous service. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dishes. As a first course we had the tortelloni stuffed with meat with truffles and the wild boar tagliatelle: truly excellent!
The veal steaks and baked potatoes are also excellent. The cellar is equipped with excellent wines. Highly recommended!

Recommended by the hotel where we stayed, a pleasant surprise, nice environment, kind people and genuine food. The handmade pastas are worth the trip.

The place deserves both domestically and abroad.
Kind and attentive staff.
How was the food? Lights and shadows.
The Margherita appetizer and the good oil and rosemary tagliatelle are good, accompanied by the bland bread from Terni.
Unfortunately not the first: good curioles, but mushroom and truffle seasoning too liquid, non-existent truffle, mushrooms in pieces too large. The overall effect was a dish largely devoid of flavour.

The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is extremely attentive and kind. The perfect and clean place where you can find dishes with excellent local products.

My partner and I went on Friday evening, quality and plentiful starter, very soft steak, perfect pasta and exceptional tiramisu. Fair price for the quality and portions. We are from Rome but every time we end up in those areas it will be our point of reference!

What a great experience! We had wonderful, typical Umbrian dishes as confirmed by our friends. The staff were all extremely helpful, and attentive. We live on the other side of the world, but visit this region every year. It is a huge bonus to have such a great, traditional eatery close by.
The new owners really have created something special while retaining the traditions of this long established Trattoria. Ci vediamo l'anno prossimo!
