Locale caldo ed accogliente, bella vista sul lago di Varese, in estate sarà bellissima la veranda, servizio cordiale e veloce, ottima scelta di vini, buono rapporto qualità prezzo, buonissimi i piatti con pesce di lago!!

Very kind staff. I recommend the braised meat, very good, tasty, soft and melts in your mouth, the purée that accompanied it was also good.

This trattoria has satisfied Lombard palates for 125 years. The tagliolini with mushrooms, exceptional, the rice with perch, delicious as is the pumpkin soup, the braised meat with polenta. The beautiful location with a very poetic lookout over the lake. The terrace where you eat in summer has a 360' panorama. The super staff, from the chef to the server, smiles and kindness. Beautiful beautiful super recommended. I hope to return.

Last Saturday we ate again on the beautiful terrace under the trees looking at Lake Varese! Excellent rice in cagnone with perch fillets! The owners were very kind and waited for us even though we were very late😊

Trattoria Maran offers a welcoming and clean environment. The highlight of the menu is certainly their renowned perch risotto, a true delight for the palate. The starter of mixed marinated fish and rice is also well prepared and tasty, as is the ice cream with zabaglione, which closes the meal on a sweet note. The staff is helpful and friendly, helping to make customers feel at ease. A positive aspect to underline is their welcome for dogs, an appreciable attention for those traveling with four-legged friends. Prices are average, adequate for the quality of food and service. However, the only real negative was the long wait between courses, which slightly affected the overall experience. Despite this, Trattoria Maran remains an excellent choice for those who want a good meal in a familiar and relaxed environment

Pleasant atmosphere in its simplicity, they serve dishes with lake fish but also valid and delicious alternatives for those, like me, who don't prefer them. In fact, I can say that my alternative choice of fresh tagliatelle with fresh porcini mushrooms and polenta with braised meat was superb. The à la carte menu is complemented by various "dishes of the day" of both fish and meat as well as tasty desserts. The portions are generous like a real trattoria. The review was drawn up by a group of seven fully satisfied people.

Questo locale mi piace moltissimo! Sarà che d’estate ti siedi in giardino, con una vista lago al tramonto magnifica. Sarà che ti senti a tuo agio, perché è un locale ben tenuto ma non troppo pretenzioso, e si sta davvero bene. Sarà per il pesce di lago, che ormai, buono, difficilmente lo trovi… e la serata è subito top!!! Prezzo certamente non economico ma buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Personale gentile. Tornerò!!
