Family restaurant with a veranda overlooking Lake Varese. Excellent cuisine and attentive and qualified staff. Tiramisu with beetroot and ginger as in the photo spectacular. Highly recommended.

Typical family welcoming location. Excellent view of the Varese lake. Specialty lake fish. Delicious mixed appetizer. Excellent black spaghetti with bottarga. Familiar and courteous service. Highly recommended.

Leggo con angoscia le recensioni. Sono sintomo dei tempi . Siamo abituati a all you can eat e/o ristoranti stellati. Qui si mangia genuino, come una volta in un ambiente famigliare. Avete mai mangiato il riso in cagnone ? Non è riso bianco è un trionfo di sapori. Pesce in carpiorne, luccio ..... consigliatissimo

Excellent trattoria, it has existed for 125 years, their specialties are dishes based on lake fish, in particular rice in cagnone with perch. Rustic and vintage atmosphere, in summer you can eat on the outdoor terrace, overlooking Lake Varese. Friendly and helpful staff, informal service. Medium-high prices, but justified by the really good and well-executed dishes, Highly recommended for anyone who wants to eat good lake fish.

There is really little to say, simplicity, quality and tradition in a familiar and welcoming environment. Restaurants like this are my favorites. I will return as soon as possible to try the risotto with perch

All the lake fish is good. We went there for lunch today and it was a great discovery! These are the places to be preserved and brought back into fashion! Nothing but sushi and various rubbish. Top pickled fish! The prices are honest and consistent.

03/05/2025: A very nice moment in this small establishment run by an unconditional rock fan. On the walls are his concert tickets and good country music in the background. On the plate only good things, fresh and homemade. Very warm welcome. A little musical and gourmet break!
