The meat was delicious. We ordered a fillet and a steak. The waiter was very knowledgeable and paired us with two glasses of different wines, both of which were also very good.
Recommended for anyone who wants a good cut of meat.

This place is one of the best meals I’ve ever had. As someone who prefers simple, unpretentious food, I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a burger, which came with a generous 200g burger, a fresh salad, and potatoes. It may sound basic, but trust me, it was enough to satisfy me. The quality of the meat was evident in every bite.
The toilets were clean, the staff was friendly, and it’s a place loved by locals. The waiters were attentive and knowledgeable, offering helpful advice on the food and drinks without resorting to overcharging. If you have children who prefer simple fare, I highly recommend this place.

Competence, courtesy, friendliness of the owner Walter and the "young" Luca (it is always nice to combine good humor with an excellent meal). Excellent cuisine with selected and chosen meats from the farm owned. Excellent parasangue and tagliata, wild boar ravioli, side dishes exceptionally good in their simplicity. Excellent also the recommended Cannonau Puligheddu. What more can I say, it is nice to eat where serenity, love and passion for work, professionalism, courtesy and friendliness. Try it and believe it.

Really nice trattoria, with a welcoming and well-kept location: inside a stone room with air conditioning, outside a few tables for eating outside, and at the entrance a counter with fresh meat, where you can also buy take-away.
The staff is very kind and friendly, they make you feel at home right away.
The food? Incredibly good. They only make meat - but what meat! They use exclusively animals raised by them, so the quality is very high and you can taste it at the first bite.
I absolutely recommend trying the ox salad and the sheep: two simply spectacular dishes.
They are among the best things I ate in Cagliari.
Highly recommended for those looking for real, authentic and tasty meat. Congratulations!

Ottima la tartarre, di secondo abbiamo preso capretto con carciofi ed una tagliata sempre con carciofi. Patate fritte alla cagliaritana e bietole ripassate in padella. Tutto molto buono in particolare il capretto, la tagliata cotta al sangue come richiesto buona di sapore ma non tenerissima.

Ottima qualità delle carni, sono davvero degli esperti e cultori delle diverse qualità. Servizio curatissimo e atmosfera di casa, pur nell'alta professionalità. Servono anche dei fuori menù. Guanciale ed agnello in umido perfetti. Parasangue di cavallo da lode. Lo consiglio.
