Cozy little place. Excelent cavelotti din lucana. It gets full rather easy around 14:00.

We arrived at this restaurant without having booked and were immediately welcomed and seated. Excellent food, generous portions, all exceptional desserts, I recommend the tiramisu or the ricotta and pistachio pie (a pleasure). The price is in line but not too expensive.. I recommend it

The first time was in 1969 a friendliness and a unique restaurant, today after many years and generational changes many things have changed hospitality would never have made someone wait for a missing reservation outside saying you can't sit without eating wait outside. The three stars for the memory of the past

Locale al centro di Matera, piccolo ma accogliente. Personale gentile. Menù con poca scelta con piatti tipici materani. Piatti cucinati in maniera semplice di buona qualità ma sinceramente nulla di particolare. Tutto nella media escluso il prezzo certamente alto per quello che viene offerto.

29/11/2024: Very welcoming and nice place. Excellent cuisine and plentiful dishes. Everything was good from starters to dessert. The impeccable service. The owner of a unique kindness. To return.
28/11/2024: During my trip to purchase goods to be allocated to the parish, where I serve as a permanent deacon, having made the timetable, we were looking for a place to refresh ourselves and return to the office. On the instructions of the employees of the company where we had gone for the above purchases, I found a quiet, welcoming, clean environment, the table service was discreet, prompt, courteous and competent. It was possible to verify and choose the choices of dishes and wines by placing a queue and subsequently requesting the order from the service employee with whom he was able to exchange a few words and share his life experiences. I highly recommend you go to this place, you won't regret it.

trattoria i due sassi

18/12/2024: Our "food" was a glass of wine :) but the restaurant has a wonderful view of Sassi, so it's hard not to recommend spending a few moments there sipping wine and enjoying the view.
07/12/2024: Friendly owners. Nice and suggestive location. The food good.
