Excellent fixed menu food, super friendly waitress, a little less at the checkout... Sore point is that the service moves exorbitantly slowly. But overall it is positive

For a business lunch it's the best... quality home cooking

Finally, after having eyed 👀 this restaurant 🍽 for a long time while passing by it, I recently had the opportunity to try it. Although the structure does not qualify, at least overall, at 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, this is nevertheless the rating that I feel like giving it by virtue of the pleasant evening spent here. Arriving on site at 8.30pm 🕣, we were warmly welcomed at the counter by the owner 👨🏻 who immediately directed us to a young waitress 👩🏻; she then accompanied us to a free table at the back of the room, which was already partially occupied by truck drivers (in fact, the parking lot full of heavy vehicles 🚚 🚛 left little doubt on the matter). Consulting the menu 📋 we pleasantly noticed the authenticity of the various proposals, all linked to the tradition of our areas. In the end we opted for two portions of fusilli with foal meat, gnocchi with ragù/tomato sauce, slice of grilled beef, ribeye 🥩, stewed peas and mixed salad 🥗. To complete the order, there was also a liter of sparkling water 💧 (even though natural water was brought to us), a small beer 🍺 and, finally, a coffee ☕ with some chocolate salami. Everything is truly delicious 😋 and the portions are certainly generous (see attached photos 📸 📎); The first courses are certainly good, but especially the rib 🥩 for taste and softness. The girl 👩🏻 who served us was kind and the owner 👨🏻 equally friendly, who then joined us at the table at the end of the evening to have a chat. The atmosphere of the place is welcoming and home-like, exactly that of the classic trattorias of the past. The quality/price ratio is excellent, as attested by the large presence of the aforementioned hauliers. Bathrooms 🚾 clean and tidy 🚽🧻🧴. The position along the S.S. is strategic. 47 of Valsugana. We certainly liked it, which is why I RECOMMEND IT 👍.

Locale semplice con arredamento datato ma pulito . Personale efficiente e cordiale . Ottima scelta di piatti dagli antipasti , primi con buona carne. Assolutamente da ritornare. Prezzi giusti.

Nothing special but overall everything was ok given the price of 15 euros for a second side dish, water, wine and coffee

A very nice man. Also speak English. The food is very good. And the sanitary facilities are very neat and clean.
