Nice and welcoming place, the cave room is very suggestive. The presence of the place would be better indicated on the outside. The owner is a kind and thoughtful person who willingly exchanges 4 words. Interesting menu with traditional dishes and something new. Very good and abundant Cjarsons, good and generous frico... Eyes and stomach satisfied with the dinner! Only note: €16 for a frico is perhaps a little too much

Anyone who is in the area, even during the unfortunately rare opening hours, should definitely eat there. The owner of the restaurant is incredibly friendly and helpful. The food selection is not huge and what is available is excellent. Anyone expecting to choose from several pages on the menu will be disappointed at first, but will definitely find an excellent meal on offer. There are traditional dishes from the region and other typical Italian dishes. Everything tastes very good and is beautifully prepared. Another highlight is one of the dining rooms. The house is built directly on the rock and one of the dining rooms is a natural rock grotto. The atmosphere is indescribable. I just took a quick look at it and the owner immediately asked if we would like to eat there. Of course we wanted to. There wasn't much going on and so it wasn't a problem at all to get one of the tables for us in the grotto. We spent a wonderful evening which would have been very successful even without space in the grotto. Thank you very much for this Locanda da Dino. P.S. I'll save myself photos of the grotto, there are already enough meaningful pictures.

Exceptional dinner! Everything from starters to desserts was excellent. Excellent frico basket, special cjarsons and fantastic blecs!!! Excellent desserts. The hospitality of Mr. Flavio who cooks and entertains guests with immense courtesy and kindness will remain in your memory. Highly recommended!!!

Cena eccezionale! Ottimo tutto dall’antipasto al dolce. Cestino di frico eccellente, cjarsons speciali e blecs fantastici!!! Dolci ottimi. Rimarrà impressa l’ospitalità del signor Flavio che cucina e intrattiene gli ospiti con immensa cortesia e gentilezza. Consigliatissimo!!!

Da Dino is an obligatory stop to try and try again! Traditional menu, dishes with seasonal and typical Carnia raw materials. All the first courses offered are highly recommended, especially the cjarsons. In the second courses, special mention is made of the Carnica sausage, which is less spicy than the Friulian sausage. Even the desserts look great!
