Easily accessible on a Historic Route! Excellent Friulian Cuisine (Cjarsons and Frico not to be missed!!), Very kind and fast Service. Beautiful Rooms as well as one carved into the mountain. Ask for Mr. Flavio or his Wife. Better to book.

Da tempo volevo andarci, ieri in occasione del compleanno ho portato i miei famigliari, siamo stati tutti soddisfatti, piatti buonissimi, cjarsons super, vini ottimi, il signor Flavio molto gentile. Ci si sente a casa. Ci torneremo. Consigliato👍

We discovered this place by chance because it was on the street and we were intrigued by the cave inside. The quality of the cuisine is surprising, I tasted several dishes and they were all exquisite, honorable mention for the polenta, 10 out of 10 ✨

05/10/2025: The food was good and plentiful, the service was kind and attentive. At the end of the meal, sweets and limoncello were offered. I only gave it three stars because I found it really expensive.
04/10/2025: Good food, with free pizza bread served at the table. Both the pasta and the beef tartare were delicious. Longer wait times can occur during the season, but not now in October.

26/09/2025: We came here to climb the Fanton refuge, and after visiting the Arta thermal baths, we stopped at this typical Friulian restaurant. The staff is friendly and very welcoming. The restaurant is large, quiet, and has a retro feel. The food is excellent and plentiful. We'll definitely be back!
26/09/2025: I highly recommend this experience. We tried their mixed platter "Carnia nel piatto" and were won over by the care and passion the chef poured into the preparation. The wine also deserves a mention.
