I've been to Le Marzoline and I have to say it was a truly excellent experience. The atmosphere is warm and meticulously maintained, with a welcoming touch that makes you feel right at home. The staff is friendly, smiling, and always available—just how we Romagnoli like it! Definitely, Le Marzoline is a place I'll gladly return to: high quality, a delightful atmosphere, and service that truly deserves a round of applause for Diego and Mattia!

Excellent gourmet dishes and generous portions. Appetizing appetizers and first courses, and fabulous cotoletta alla bolognese. Attentive service, a very nice and not too formal atmosphere. Prices are reasonable for all this.

In any case, a top-notch venue...

Questa trattoria si trova all’interno del complesso di Palazzo Varignana e offre un’esperienza gastronomica davvero speciale. I prodotti sono eccezionali e si percepisce subito la qualità e la freschezza delle materie prime, grazie anche alla presenza di un’impresa agricola vicina che fornisce ingredienti locali e di altissimo livello. Il servizio è impeccabile: il personale è di una gentilezza incredibile e riesce a far sentire ogni ospite perfettamente accolto. Tutto quello che abbiamo mangiato era semplicemente fantastico. In particolare ricordo una mousse di porchetta servita su delle bruschette e una deliziosa mousse di carota, piatti che mi hanno colpito per originalità e sapore. Un posto che consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia vivere un’esperienza di cucina autentica, genuina e curata in ogni dettaglio.

Ezsther and her team took such great care of us that we dined there twice on our visit. The mixed salad was lovely and fresh, the hummus was smoky, and the pastas (especially the papardelle with the special local sausage and truffles) was delightful. It’s quiet, and lovely choice to either sit outside and dine Al fresco with a view or in the a/c restaurant with tablecloth.
