The food we had was OK. However, they were very busy (with one waitress) and had to walk away because we had an appointment and the food hadn't shown up after about an hour...

Excellent trattoria with fixed menu, excellent pasta and gnocchi. Excellent place to refresh yourself after visiting the Stiffe caves.

We stopped for lunch after visiting the Grotte di Stiffe, looking for something "homemade"... and here it is, Le Grotte restaurant, exactly what we were looking for. Friendly staff, good food, simple fixed price menu!!! Particularly recommended after visiting the Caves if you are in a hurry!!

Restaurant near the Stiffe Caves. Spartan and welcoming place: Berardo and Dorina make you feel at home. The portions are generous and everything is delicious. I recommend the pappardelle and the pork steak. Full menu for €17 per person. There is convenient parking outside.

Dopo aver fatto colazione al bar Barili, dove abbiamo conosciuto Lara ci è stato consigliato proprio da quest’ultima, la quale aveva pienamente ragione, con il menù a 17€ abbiamo mangiato sia i primi che i secondi tutti rigorosamente caldi e saporiti, consiglio di prenotare come abbiamo fatto noi perché nonostante fosse di lunedì era strapieno…

25/11/2024: We were really friendly and kind at the restaurant, compliments to Luciano... he served us as if we were in the company of someone who had always known us.
25/11/2024: I stayed tonight in the company of colleagues, the restaurant, top family harmonious and full of warmth, Luciano served us as if he were one of the family, I recommend the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and truffles... top and the desserts... super the wine and the place, and the moscato doche perfect with amaretti.
