Welcoming place, and the owner is very helpful and friendly! I had mutton and pancetta, which were very good and well-cooked. The quality/price ratio was a bit high, but it's also true that everything went up.

Amazing artisanal cured meats, excellent meats. I had phenomenal grilled mutton, ribs with a little extra attention: a slice of shoulder, the best cut for grilling, and the wild-fed pork, tasty and flavorful. A very impressive selection of cheeses. The wine cellar offers excellent selections, from the excellent bottled house wine to important bottles. I appreciated the Poliziano winery with its Asinone, a stunning wine. The staff is professional yet warm and ready for a joke. The place has plenty of charm. A wonderful lunch experience.

I must compliment you on the consistently top-quality ingredients, from cured meats and cheeses to the first courses, almost all of which are made with fresh pasta, but especially the meat. You'll find a selection of cuts and varieties of Florentine steak that you won't find in even the most prestigious restaurants. Porcini mushrooms, black and white truffles, and homemade desserts make all the difference. The wine cellar is well-stocked and suitable for all budgets. Let's not forget the professional, friendly, and never intrusive service. Excellent value for money given the ingredients used (if you ask for white truffle, don't expect to pay the same as scorzone). Recommended to everyone, especially considering the friendliness of chef Litiano and Eleonora, who are always available to accommodate all requests. See you soon.

Excellent food (all types of meat recommended) as well as the cheeses, everything is really excellent quality, beautiful atmosphere, everyone is really kind and helpful, what can I say... 5 stars in all, I highly recommend it

A meat-centric dinner with friends We opted for a lovely appetizer with platters of cured meats and pinzini, accompanied by a varied selection of very unique cheeses, never heard of elsewhere, accompanied by honey and various sauces. Then we moved on to the highlight, the Florentine steaks; they have at least six different types (not the usual two). We tried four different ones, each with its own unique characteristics. What can I say, they were all delicious. The service was also top-notch. Excellent, I'll definitely be back.

What can I say, I happened upon it by chance for a business dinner, but it was love 🥰, the staff were very helpful and well-trained, the meat was fabulous!!!!!! We ate like a god!!!!!
