We were welcomed by the owner, a very empathetic and helpful person, we ate very well.... And finally, we were delighted by a surprise offered by the owner. A very familiar and comfortable place. We'll be back!!!

The atmosphere is small but very welcoming. The owner is very kind. The food is very good and well-prepared, using local meats and game hunted by the owner. The pasta is all handmade by the owner's mother, who also makes delicious desserts, like the tart he offered us at the end of the meal. A place I recommend and will gladly return to if I'm ever in the area again.

Every time I go to Cascia, there's no other place to eat! The Apennines are the best for those who love traditional cuisine. Topping off the good food is the hospitality and kindness of Walter, the owner, as well as his wonderful mother and his homemade pasta. Amazing! The desserts offered at the end of the meal, always strictly homemade, are the crowning touch. 💯 The prices are truly more than fair for the quality of the food... In short, it's a must-try!!! Thank you, Walter, for your kindness, and congratulations again on the service you provide! Thank you, Marco and Alessandra ♥️

Informal atmosphere. It is a bar with an attached kitchen. Genuine homemade dishes. More than fair prices. I recommend it.

Had dinner with my partner, the owner was very helpful and we ate wonderfully at honest prices. Truly a beautiful place both for the food and for the people who run it. Congratulations again 😀

Don't be fooled by the humble looking exterior, this family restaurant serves authentic (and very tasty) Italian food (cannelloni was perfect). The staff is really friendly.

Great place to eat like at home (even better) and Walter the owner is very kind. Family run and it shows. If you come to Cascia this Trattoria is a must. You won't regret it, highly recommended

21/07/2025: Fantastic, authentic Italian restaurant with hidden gems 😉. The food is simply good Italian food, clearly prepared with passion and love for the craft. The location in the narrow alley is what you're looking for in Italy. Tip: if you're there… ask to see the cave and ask for the story behind it. After eating here two days ago, I knew I had to go back again this holiday… and definitely in the future. What made the evening perfect for me was that the founder, a true elderly Italian "Nonna" (90+, I think), came around at the end of the evening to wish the guests a pleasant evening. Her grandson keeps the tradition alive and is a very friendly and funny host. In the eighteen years we've been coming to this area, this is definitely one of the gems we've discovered. @Masolino… Thank you!

22/07/2025: Mr. Claudio is a wonderful person, he makes everything very special. His passion for truffles and his dishes, thanks to the help of his chef, are disarming. My boyfriend and I can't help but return to this fantastic place! Thank you again for your kindness and generosity!
22/06/2025: This restaurant deserves top marks in everything. Let's start with the cuisine: thoughtful and truly delicious dishes. I recommend the scrambled eggs with black summer truffle as an appetizer, unforgettable! For the first course we ate: gnocchi with summer truffle and quadrelli del carbonaro (also with truffle). Unforgettable too. What will remain in your heart is the service: the owner of the restaurant told us about every single dish, the wine and even his story. Kindness and thoughtfulness are part of this restaurant. Correct quality/price ratio.
