Dinner with two friends after visiting Cascia/Roccaporena. It was my second time there. It's a small, family-run trattoria, serving traditional local dishes, including homemade pasta and meat selected and butchered by the owner, who is also an expert hunter. Keep up the good work until next time!

Excellent trattoria. Walter and his entire family are truly wonderful and professional people, and the atmosphere is family-friendly. The service and food are impeccable, and the bill is fair, no complaints. I'll gladly return.

We ate well, with well-prepared, top-quality dishes. Fettuccine and fresh gnocchi made on site. The venison ragu was fabulous. Even the desserts are homemade and offered by the kind and attentive owner.

We stopped by chance during our stay in Cascia and then returned three days in a row, as we were so impressed by the quality of the food and the owner's welcome - home cooking and more than reasonable value for money. Don't miss out!

19/11/2025: We stopped in on a recommendation and weren't disappointed. The service was attentive and fast (despite the restaurant being packed), the ingredients were fresh, and the selection of traditional Umbrian dishes was extensive. Authentic flavors at a more than fair price. The staff, finally, was super friendly. We'd recommend it ourselves!
18/11/2025: Very traditional!!! A hidden gem in Assisi! Me and my fiancée loved it! The truffles in the meals were deliciouss and the pasta amazing!!
