We discovered this tiny restaurant by chance. Family atmosphere and very easy. Rustic and tasty cuisine with rigorously handmade pasta Specialized in game. We had fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, gnocchi with white roe deer ragù (kicked out by the owner), roast loin and truffle omelette. All accompanied by a good house red wine. The dessert (quince tart, aniseed biscuits made by mother Natalina) was kindly offered to us by Walter, the owner, attentive and sincerely interested in ensuring that everything he brought to the table was to our liking. I would go back immediately.

Excellent trattoria in Cascia, very high quality-price ratio, welcoming and homely environment, few tables and dishes cooked as they once were... (by grandma), stratospheric venison gnocchi, Roman tripe like you no longer eat even in Rome, quick service , very competitive prices, surprise gift from the host. Advised

Highly recommended restaurant, the service, the kindness and the food was not spectacular but much much more. If you want to find a smile, education, an excellent welcome and good food, come and you will return. Guys five stars are the best but they deserve double.

Small place but very welcoming and clean... The first courses are all homemade, the fettuccine with white roe deer ragout (personally hunted by the owner) is very delicious. The second courses are all local meat, the trout is delicious. The owner is a very attentive and scrupulous person. .Advised!!!!

Attention restaurant! But everything is taken care of...homemade food: you can taste the taste, it's not greasy...perfect! (We ate homemade fettuccine, chicory, tart, sweets).
Service: friendly and helpful and kind (the kindness that no one considers anymore).
Environment; simple but everything tidy and clean (including the bathroom!!!)
Price: very honest!
Many restaurateurs should learn from you before opening their premises!

All’Appennino gestito da Walter e la sua famiglia si trova la vera cucina, fatta di sapori “autentici” e semplici. Infatti è il piatto semplice, che ti fa capire se il piatto è veramente buono. Da loro è così niente fronzoli per distrarre il palato, solo prodotto
