An excellent experience in Fidenza 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We dined at La Valle restaurant and the experience was impeccable in every way. The atmosphere is refined and welcoming, ideal for those seeking a special evening where every detail makes the difference. The staff looked after us with extreme professionalism, explaining each course with passion and expertise. The culinary journey was a crescendo of flavors: We began with creative and tantalizing welcome amuse-bouche. The egg cooked at 63°C (145°F) is a masterpiece of technique and texture. The trout tartare was surprising, a fresh and balanced dish. Honorable mention goes to the tajarin with lobster and kimchi air. Tortelloni with Wagyu beef stew: an explosion of enveloping flavor. We finished in style with a Marsala zabaglione and their original take on a revisited tiramisu. A must-try for those who love haute cuisine that doesn't forget substance. We'll definitely be back. Kudos to the entire staff!

Discovered by chance. An unexpected surprise, starting with the meticulously crafted location. A fantastic experience with cuisine rooted in tradition but with successful Northern European and Asian influences. Impeccable service with expert guidance on food pairings.

Business dinner. I was truly pleased with the attention to detail and presentation of the dishes. The flavors were bold, never predictable, and the pairings were excellent. I chose the blind menu at the chef's discretion. Extensive wine list. Excellent experience. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Take the view from outside that warms the heart. Take the understated yet elegant interior decor that exudes both warmth and a fresh, youthful feel in the limited seating available. Take the menu: versatile, intriguing, and stimulating. Take the wine list, very well-stocked. Take the service, where two young men do everything they can to make you feel at ease. And then take the cuisine, where Dimitri and Serena demonstrate remarkable finesse and talent, flawlessly crafted, with some exceptional results (the cavatello with Castelmagno cheese and truffle is worth the trip alone). The experience is one of fine dining, with highly appreciated initial and final touches. Even the "simple" focaccia is amazing, as are the tortellini with Wagyu stew, whose pastry and filling have an optimal consistency; but the entire menu, including the main courses, is of a very high standard. The dessert selection is in line with the rest. It's precisely this kind of experience that makes evenings at the restaurant so enjoyable: young professionals who welcome you into a welcoming environment and offer cuisine that reflects their fresh yet distinctive personalities. What can I say?!? Just three words: Bravi, Bravi, Bravi!!! Very convenient parking. Clean bathrooms, but a step below the restaurant's interior design.
