Excellent place to spend a pleasant evening, in summer there is a very suggestive summer part with a beautiful view of the hills! Very good food, I recommend it for a different experience than usual!

Bucolic location, immersed in the greenery of the first hills, staff attentive to detail and kind. The food winks at the stars, with aesthetically impeccable preparations and sometimes weak and usual flavours. Overall a pleasant experience but still requires something from the kitchen. Refined dishes and wines, impeccable service, super location and view

I return home after celebrating the birthday of the eldest of my three children, Paola, at the La Valle restaurant in Fidenza, with an enormous wealth of emotions and positive sensations from which to learn a lot. Among the hills of Parma, the imagination and dreams of two globetrotting artists, Chef Harding and Serena Nullotti (Pastry Chef), have literally kidnapped us and catapulted us into a fairy-tale world made of unique, original and passionate dishes. The desserts, one more spectacular than the other, were a worthy conclusion to a picture that intrigued and thrilled us from start to finish. A cuisine where creativity reigns supreme, but which also maintains a deep connection with the territory. The organic wine cellar is excellent. The very valid and very nice Natish Kumar, who I thank again together with all the staff, took us through this beautiful experience, in a minimalist and fantastic location. See you again very soon.
