In general everything was fine. Risotto al Chianti could only be mixed up with cheese dip because it was not creamy itself and it would be nice if it was as creamy as traditional risotto ;) House wine (red) was very tasty! I don’t know what it is but highly recommend :)

Beautiful experience! Special atmosphere, remained firm in time The food served is good and plentiful I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat in an authentic place. Excellent service, we were pampered from start to finish

After an excellent dinner the staff went to Great Lengths to make sure that we were able to get a taxi back to the train station and time to catch our train. They removed kind and helpful

A bit confused seeing some of the reviews on the food but everything we had was great. Antipasti plate with bruschetta and grilled eggplant both excellent. I had puttanesca, and a side of meatballs and my wife had the ravioli which I sampled. All top notch, authentic. Would absolutely come back. Probably a tough table usually as there are lots of locals and it is small.

Very cosy, down to earth restaurant. We had amazing food, the pasta was just right and the secondi's were delicious. Great food, simple place, good value for money

We stopped here for lunch and enjoyed a lovely meal. We had mussles and octopus toast for starters and baby octopus risotto and spaghetti with mussles & clams. All were absolutely delicious. Local men dining at the restaurant is always a good sign of good food. A smile here and there by the ladies serving us, wouldn’t go amiss :)

27/07/2024: We often go to eat there, most of the time the food is good but at least 3 times we were disappointed. The pizzas are now very good but for today the tasteless sautéed mussels are full of oil, arriving 20 minutes after the pizzas. Service a little botched. They forgot to bring us a beer. I understand that it's Saturday but so the desire to go back goes away.

Ristorante Casalta

15/05/2024: We organized our wedding dinner at Casalta. Everything was perfect! From start to finish. So I recommend this restaurant not only for high quality lunches and dinners, but also for private events and parties. A big "thank you" to Tommaso and Valeria, and to all the staff, for the fantastic work done!
14/05/2024: Abbiamo organizzato presso Casalta la nostra cena di matrimonio. E' stato tutto perfetto! Dall'inizio alla fine. Quindi consiglio questo ristorante non solo per pranzi e cene di alta qualità, ma anche per eventi e feste private. Un grande "grazie" a Tommaso e Valeria, e a tutto lo staff, per il fantastico lavoro svolto!
