We had dinner at Buco last night. Appetizers, a first course, a second course. We have been coming to Sicily every summer for 36 years. Never eaten so well, never.

A beautiful place, quiet, a very friendly lady who serves at the tables, excellent food, just what I like. Many appetizers and everything delicious, I put the photos, it's not worth saying anything else, you have to go, I recommend it! I put the maximum number of stars but I would have added a comet star.

Una scoperta entusiasmante. Una Trattoria con la T maiuscola. L'ambiente è carino ed accogliente. La cucina è buonissima, la tradizione che non trovi più con qualità eccelsa, un pò come essere a casa della nonna ma più buono ancora. E poi in ultimo ma in realtà ricopre il posto di rilievo: la proprietà. Una famiglia che ti accoglie in famiglia. Cordiali, sorridenti ed entusiasti di ospitarti a casa loro che diventa anche un pò tua. In più ci hanno offerto un' escursione speciale alla rocca del paese con visita della chiesetta dell'Immacolata. Grazie davvero e ci vediamo presto! Barbara 30/03/25

First time at the hole but we were immediately welcomed with great kindness and attention by the owners. Excellent dinner, from appetizers to first courses to pizza.

The place is not large but very comfortable, the very kind staff helps you with your choices.. the dishes were cooked very well, the starters were varied but there were no specialities, however the desserts were delicious.. overall an excellent restaurant.. I recommend it.

18/05/2025: Excellent! Quality, service, empathy. Mrs. Lucia, despite having the room full for the communions, managed to set up a table for us. We ate divinely well and the service was fast and friendly, pampered by the affable manner of her son and the rest of the family. We will gladly return and recommend this place to everyone, even to those who, like me, rarely eat better in restaurants than at home. Congratulations!!!

The food was nothing short of spectacular—each dish prepared with fresh ingredients and presented with care. The linguine vongole was delicate and full of flavor, the rich bolognese was comfort in a bowl, and the lobster—tender and perfectly seasoned—was a showstopper. Pair all of that with a breathtaking view that sweeps across the coastline, and you’ve got a dining experience that’s both elegant and soul-warming. The staff made the evening even more special with their friendly service and thoughtful recommendations. You can feel the love and tradition behind every plate.
