26/04/2025: Great experience, even though it was a busy and public holiday. We savored delicious, genuine dishes, with local products, all presented and served with care in beautiful local ceramic sets. Further applause must be given for having prepared, with advance notice, the exact same menu also in a gluten-free version, including the many delicious appetizers, two fresh pasta first courses and many desserts of your choice. Which denotes the love and passion for the work they do, also paying attention to dietary needs, especially on a busy day. The service at the tables was also excellent, very helpful and smiling waiters, and also the organization in general. Despite the many tables arriving at different times, all courses were served at the right time, and in generous portions. At the entrance they have a well-stocked shop with their excellent products. The place is in a somewhat inaccessible area, but it's worth it. The view is also suggestive, from the top you can admire a large valley until you glimpse the sea. We will definitely be back!

28/03/2025: Traditional knowledge and flavors, prepared with care and attention to quality. A very fascinating place, certainly worth the trip along rugged roads that lead to this corner of the Sicilian mountains immersed in the beauty of the surrounding nature.
