We drove by, and I said: you have to go to a place called La Tagliata! Today, a mixed antipasto of cured meats and cheeses, quince jam. Paccheri Guerrieri pasta with bacon and..., sliced ​​beef steak, sweets, and moretta cheese. Everything was top-notch, with a special mention for the cinnamon-scented tart with moretta cheese, finally 3 layers and peel. Recommended!

Simply exquisite. We had the tasting menu, my wife, and a friend of ours, and we were completely satisfied. The staff were skilled and fast. The location is stunning and definitely worth a try.

A family dinner, a lovely, quiet place. The paccheri di fossa with pancetta were truly excellent, as was the quality of the meat, tender and well-cooked. A shame about the wait staff: when we asked about the dry-aged meats, we were assured that they wouldn't taste like Rubia Galicia, but instead, the flavor was practically identical. A little more knowledge and attention to the explanations would have made the experience perfect.

We've been there twice during our stay in the area. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The food is excellent and very generous.
