Trattoria la Spiga In Vignola

First impression from the outside is not exactly positive and needs to be improved. But when you're inside things change. A beautiful restaurant with attention to detail. Good cuisine. Price ok

Immediately welcomed with kindness and professionalism, we immediately learned that many dishes including the fabulous tigelle were also available gluten-free. Totally delicious dinner from the cold cuts appetizer to the ham fettucine and the tortelloni. Impeccable service, courteous, quick, reasonable costs. Unfortunately we are out of reach... but if I come back I'll definitely come back!

Environment, food and staff beyond excellence

The restaurant is located on the outskirts of Vignola adjacent to the Panaro river valley. The dishes are inspired by local tradition with refined reinterpretations such as the delicious chocolate tortelloni with mushroom sauce or passatelli with truffle. The meat-based second courses are also worthy of mention. The strong point of this place is the possibility of tasting the "borlenghi" cooked in a masterful way. Good variety of desserts. I found very efficient and friendly service even though the place was very busy. Clean and accessible bathrooms.

We ate divinely, exceptional tagliatelle with mushrooms, as well as the tortelloni, also the really good borlenghi, mala tagliatelle of beef and it was AMAZING, it melted in your mouth...... highly recommended!

Berlenghi, fried gnocco and fried mushrooms, among the best in the area. Grilled meat like venison was also very good. Well-kept environment and owner always present in the room

Excellent food, good service. The only thing about the place is that it is very noisy, but this also depends on the customers who speak too loudly.

Very nice place, with very beautiful Christmas decorations. . The owners are very welcoming and friendly, they make you feel at home. We ate and drank well. A place to return to.

Siamo stati benissimo a cena in questa trattoria. Abbiamo assaggiato un antipasto, 2 secondi e, ovviamente, i borlenghi (il personale li propone agli ospiti per tutta la serata). Tutto davvero molto buono. La location particolare e gradevole. Il personale all’apparenza un po’ sofisticato ma in realtà gentilissimo e presente. Qualche portata nel menù ha un prezzo leggermente alto ma nel complesso siamo andati via molto soddisfatti. Ci torneremo.

L'occasione era un festeggiamento in famiglia e la volontà di assaggiare, chi per la prima volta (il sottoscritto) chi dopo tanto tempo, i Borlenghi. Locale non tanto grande, un po' rumoroso ma curato. Si parte con i sopracitati Borlenghi, un prodotto unico, quanto goloso. Sottilissimo ventaglio di pasta friabile (e unta) con all'interno del lardo conciato e Parmigiano Reggiano. Uno tira l'altro (considerando anche che escono a ciclo continuo dalla cucina e sta a te "dire basta"). Tortellini in brodo di cappone, notevoli. Piccoli e in buona porzione. Serviti in tazza (come tradizione vuole), seppure resa un po' più "scicchettosa". Filetto di manzo alla griglia ottimo e scioglievole (oltre che abbondante), funghi porcini fritti buoni (ma non è difficile), tagliatelle ai porcini gustose anche se un filino insipide, gnocco fritto eccezionale con prosciutto davvero aromatico e dolce. Si chiude con un tiramisù tradizionale, nella media. Prezzo onestissimo; esperienza da ripetere per provare quanto avremmo voluto ma non c'era fisicamente più posto per concedercelo. Bravi!!
