Small restaurant 100 meters from the center of Modica.
Definitely above expectations.
Simple, local menu...simply GOOD with the flavors of all Sicilian cuisine.
No frills service...but very friendly...like being at home!
Even if the prices are not indicated (which I recommend doing) they are fair, actually below the centre's average; the quality of the food is excellent.
The cook is excellent and a heartfelt thank you to the owner Carmelo who in his simplicity made us feel at home.
In short, a highly recommended restaurant even if it is not in the centre.

Evening spent as a couple with some cousins, Saturday 18th and we found a place next to a large group of friendly tourists. Dinner was a marvel as first courses with ravioli; fish as second courses: octopus salad, Sicilian alka tuna and grilled sea bream The result was excellent and so was the staff. We recommend it

The 3 of us arrived around 10pm and despite the late hour they welcomed us warmly. We ate delicious octopus salad, chickpea soup, broad beans with onion, grilled and chopped vegetables, and finally lemon ice. Healthy cuisine prepared with love, this is the feeling we had. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED excellent value for money. We will be back very soon with other friends.

Trattoria-style cuisine, clean and sincere, and with normal prices, the really good artisanal ravioli seasoned with a tomato sauce which in its simplicity is reminiscent of grandmothers' sauce, I recommend them.
