Very high standard restaurant. Very fresh fish, excellent spaghetti with sea urchins, as was the whole dinner... if I were to return to Ortigia I would not hesitate to return to this restaurant. Excellent value for money and excellent hospitality

Great food, nice people and warm ambiance!

There was a nice variety of fish that were all so fresh. The red snapper filet Sicilian style was delicious. The pasta orichette was also house-made and included clams. So sad we did not have another night in Ortiga to eat here again.

The La Pigna restaurant in the heart of Ortigia left us very satisfied; in particular the quality, the service and the very knowledgeable staff available to advise and choose the menu according to your tastes. The management is particularly attentive to the customer and creates a family atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

Siamo stati qui attirati dalle recensioni molto positive ma a dire la verità abbiamo trovato un locale sì curato e accogliente , ambiente assai tranquillo , ed anche il titolare Francesco si è dimostrato molto caloroso, volonteroso e simpatico ma la cucina si può definire effettivamente normale - in particolare il fritto è risultato preparato con pesce fresco da noi scelto ; trattandosi di un calamaro piuttosto grosso era anche piuttosto duro ; gli altri piatti comunque nella norma , niente di particolarmente allettante ; da notare che tutto è impiattato in una maniera molto basica molto preciso il titolare nel definire il costo dei piatti anche quelli del pescato del giorno e in questo va sicuramente apprezzato buone le linguine ma anche qui nulla di emozionante servizio e tempi delle portate precisi 2 portate x 2 piatti, un dessert, due calici di vino bianco 80 euro, non male ma manca quel pizzico di personalità nei piatti/sapori che farebbe la differenza e rende ripetibile l'esperienza

Lo mejor de lo mejor en Sicilia! Qué hallazgo que la comida era increíble. El propietario es tan dulce y todo el mundo debe venir aquí, mientras que en Siracusa! La pasta es increíble! Desearía ser un lugareño, comería aquí todos los días.
