Everything was delicious, the atmosphere was vintage, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Prices are a bit high (€65 for two: appetizer for one, salaicce and scamorza, dessert, and half a liter of house wine).

I especially loved the location, both the garden with its beautiful pergola and the interior, which was clean and tastefully decorated. I also had no complaints about the quality of the dishes (the first course, perhaps a bit small, but excellent). Also, as a vegetarian, I really appreciated the care taken in preparing the vegetables, which isn't always a given.

Typical Rieti trattoria. Rustic yet authentic food, a rustic atmosphere, and an excellent variety of dishes. The waitress (perhaps the owner) is kind and helpful, but she has to do everything herself. Ideal for those looking for a low price and a taste of traditional cuisine.

I had the pleasure of dining at Palazzina Ristorante, and I must say it was an extraordinary experience! The pasta dishes were delicious, with intense and well-balanced flavors, while the meat was truly exquisite, perfectly cooked and incredibly tender. Kudos to Leonardo and Giuseppe for creating such refined cuisine! Furthermore, the service was impeccable: the waiters were extremely polite, professional, and always available. It's an experience I highly recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy high-quality dishes in a welcoming and well-appointed environment. I can't wait to return! 🌟

Definitely a nice evening. There were 5 of us and we booked at 10:00 pm even though the kitchen closed at 10:30 pm. They were very quick and we ate well, I will go back when I am in the area

Ristorante " Il Bagatto"

28/09/2025: Family-run restaurant serving excellent local cuisine. The selection of top-quality meat, which is hard to find, is important; it's cut to your liking and cooked to perfection. Impeccable service and a family atmosphere make you feel right at home. Excellent value for money.
27/09/2025: I wanted to know my origins, so I came to Posta. I ate lunch at Bagatto and found the staff helpful and welcoming. The food was delicious. I recommended it.

12/10/2025: While traveling through our ancestors' lands, we came across this restaurant with a truly fantastic view. The exterior is well-kept, but the veranda could use some renovation with mosquito nets on the sides, which might prevent bees, wasps, and the occasional blouse from entering the tables. The food was good, with good first courses, though the ravioli were perhaps undercooked. The second courses were good, but the side dishes could use more attention. We were tempted by the wood-fired shank, and were surprised by its size. I recommend sharing one between two or even three people, which the host who took our orders didn't recommend, and which, among other things, significantly increased the final bill. Overall: no.
05/10/2025: Three friends and their wives. We spent a delightful evening enjoying the food, chatting, and Roberto, the owner, recommending what to eat. Excellent dishes of simple cuisine with locally sourced ingredients. Fresh produce and authentic flavors, excellent meat, and excellent handmade pasta. The strangozzi from the guesthouse are a must-try, not to mention the shin (very generous portions). The quality/price ratio is fair. The location is well-maintained, and the staff is friendly, professional, and welcoming. In the summer, you can also eat outside with a breathtaking view of Rome from afar. I definitely recommend trying it.
