Purchased 4 cheese pizza. I must say that the pizza is good, dough made with type 1 flour and I found it digestible

04/11/2024: Here you can taste the true Amiata cuisine with a base of mushrooms and chestnuts, excellent pork fillets with mushrooms. A slightly dated environment requires radical renovation and the switching on of radio and television equipment that disturbs customers in the room must be avoided. Quality and price more than exceptional.
22/10/2024: Excellent attention to those with celiac disease or allergy problems. They also have plastic cutlery for those who have problems. Excellent cuisine, very kind and professional staff, a place where you feel at home!

02/12/2024: Experience. Nowadays every tourist location pushes from the point of view of advertising and visibility, often giving bad experiences in the culinary field. Then there is Angelo and his cuisine, history, passion and culture. It's not eating but it's being passionate about, talking, laughing and enjoying food, real and direct, expressive and profound food. Endless compliments for what he creates and what he gives to customers. In a world of Instagram and delicatessens, Angelo knows how to distinguish his identity with style and emotion. Big Big Big! Greetings from Luca and Ilaria, (the one from Bassano with whom we spoke about the beef diaphragm, and the history of the horse!)
01/12/2024: Today we went to Gino Cacino, what can I say... a sensational culinary experience! He delighted us with a platter of two specialities: spinach chips with lard and pecorino ricotta, finocchiona with mushroom sauce, beer shank with mustard and honey, wild boar mortadella with gorgonzola and aubergines, soprassata and tripe with cannellini beans and fondue pecorino. Unique flavor combination. Compliments to the chef! The price is a little higher than the usual cured meat factory but I assure you that it is worth it, both for the products and for the passion that goes into these dishes!
