We came here on the last night of our trip and it was delicious. Not the best pasta I had in Castellammare, but it was flavourful and huge portions with lots of seafood. The addition of curry in the ravioli sauce was unusual but it worked. The staff are very friendly - we ordered a carafe of wine and only had the thick stemmed water glasses. They were quick to bring us proper white wine glasses and were welcoming of our attempts at Italian! The outside area is on a slant which isn’t the most comfortable but that’s not the restaurant’s fault. I would come here again!

In September, we dined at "La.maidda" a few evenings and had a wonderful time. The first and second courses were incredibly fresh fish. The tuna and pistachio steak was fantastic. The house wine was excellent. The price was reasonable for the dishes. Recommended!

A good meal. The sea bream (daily special) and calamari were very good, as were the grilled vegetables. Good wine at a very reasonable price. The service was pleasant.

The food was delicious and the service was really friendly, with English speaking staff, allowing for conversation on various topics. The products were fresh and tasty. The only thing I didn't like was the seafood plating. The mussels had white growths that should have been scraped off, and the shrimp had uncut shells and black intestines inside. I think that anyone aspiring to be a good restaurant should pay attention to these elements. The wine was very good.

Great experience! The food was delicious and the service friendly and attentive. We thought at first that it might be a bit touristy, but the locals go here too and that's understandable!

Abbiamo cenato in questo bel posto, suggestivo per la posizione in pieno centro. Cibo ottimo con porzioni abbondanti. La busiata con pesto siciliano ottima. Il personale super gentile.

Their communication was excellent throughout the entire planning process - they were responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about making our day as special as possible. Giovanni and Mariangela shared their trusted suppliers with us and helped coordinate every single detail of the wedding day. Everything ran so smoothly thanks to their careful planning and organisation. They truly went above and beyond, taking charge of everything so that we could just relax and enjoy the celebration. The venue itself is stunning - full of Sicilian charm and atmosphere - and the food was absolutely incredible. Our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was and how much they enjoyed themselves. What stood out most was the warmth and kindness of Giovanni and Mariangela.
