At La Madia, you can eat very interesting, high-quality dishes, and the service is excellent. The only downside is the wait between courses; I hope the wait was a coincidence. In any case, it was a positive culinary experience.

We had dinner here and I have to say everything was sublime.
The dishes were beautifully presented by the waiters, delicious, and beautiful to look at.
Special mention goes to the dessert, which left me speechless.
We'll definitely be back!

Small, very well-maintained restaurant. On our second visit, we had a great experience. We opted for the four-course menu, which offers excellent value and the option to choose your favorite dishes. The dishes are original, carefully crafted both in terms of aesthetics and flavor combinations, which still remain recognizable. The service is courteous, attentive, but not intrusive. It's open all August! I preferred the savory dishes to the desserts. Last night, it wasn't crowded, which was fine, but if the restaurant is full, it can be noisy since it's a bit small.

We had a beautiful four-course meal here, with eight dishes between us. Seven were excellent. We started with scallops - sweet and perfectly cooked - and cuttlefish, the only dish that fell a little short. Then came a basil risotto, subtle but full of flavour, and quail ravioli with a rich, meaty filling.
For mains, the red mullet and duck breast were both cooked perfectly, with deep, confident flavours that let the ingredients speak for themselves. Dessert was a highlight: a punchy Campari sorbet (I’m usually not a fan, but this was different) and a “Forbidden Fruit” – a white chocolate apple with intricate layers and textures that bordered on madness in the best possible way.
A meal that reminds you why you go out to eat in the first place. Service also excellent.

Invited for a birthday, I must say that I don't like this type of refined cuisine, so I'll limit myself to giving a personal opinion which sees a menu aimed more at the aesthetics of the dish, even pleasing to the eye, but where I don't find the taste and flavor of what I'm eating, for the rest, attentive and precise service.
