Small, very well-maintained restaurant. On our second visit, we had a great experience. We opted for the four-course menu, which offers excellent value and the option to choose your favorite dishes. The dishes are original, carefully crafted both in terms of aesthetics and flavor combinations, which still remain recognizable. The service is courteous, attentive, but not intrusive. It's open all August! I preferred the savory dishes to the desserts. Last night, it wasn't crowded, which was fine, but if the restaurant is full, it can be noisy since it's a bit small.

We had a beautiful four-course meal here, with eight dishes between us. Seven were excellent. We started with scallops - sweet and perfectly cooked - and cuttlefish, the only dish that fell a little short. Then came a basil risotto, subtle but full of flavour, and quail ravioli with a rich, meaty filling. For mains, the red mullet and duck breast were both cooked perfectly, with deep, confident flavours that let the ingredients speak for themselves. Dessert was a highlight: a punchy Campari sorbet (I’m usually not a fan, but this was different) and a “Forbidden Fruit” – a white chocolate apple with intricate layers and textures that bordered on madness in the best possible way. A meal that reminds you why you go out to eat in the first place. Service also excellent.

A high-class restaurant with a welcoming and elegant atmosphere. The dishes are refined, each flavor is evident, and they are beautifully presented.

Invited for a birthday, I must say that I don't like this type of refined cuisine, so I'll limit myself to giving a personal opinion which sees a menu aimed more at the aesthetics of the dish, even pleasing to the eye, but where I don't find the taste and flavor of what I'm eating, for the rest, attentive and precise service.

We went to eat at this restaurant for our anniversary, after it was recommended to us. We tried the tasting menu to try more courses and we left really enthusiastic. Really high quality food, dishes taken care of both in taste and appearance. Super kind waitress, prepared and always available, excellent service! Among the dishes that stole our hearts, we should mention the octopus tentacle with yellow datterini sauce, burrata and the basil risotto, raw red prawns and burrata. Fair price for the quality of the food and service.

Avevamo conosciuto tempo fa questo ristorante ma non avevamo ancora provato la nuova gestione, siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti e sicuramente torneremo in futuro. Personale gentile e professionale, cibi ottimi come qualità e una delizia anche per gli occhi. Ottima la possibilità di fare il menù di 4 portate a nostra scelta (molto raro ormai nella ristorazione) Comunque di cuore alle nuova Chef e un grosso in bocca al lupo.
