We were recommended this restaurant by locals but it felt like all the customers were tourists who had been given similar advice. The restaurant is set inside a cellar with a nice fresh interior. The food was all very good, including a delightful mixed cheese starter, an excellently prepared beef steak with rocket and a solid tiramisu. They offer a wide range of excellent wines including high quality Sangiovese by the glass. Overall, a very enjoyable evening but it felt a little more "touristy" than we had anticipated.

The best pasta in Italy was found here. This is top tier of all the pastas I tried during my 3 week trip to Italy. In particular, the pistachio pasta was the best ever, and the steak was also excellent. My visit to Orvieto became even happier thanks to the friendly staff with a beautiful smile. Tiramisu is a must as an after-meal dessert^^

Fijn rustig restaurant met camping complete kaart voor eenieders smaak. De papardelle con cinghiale is perfect en aan te bevelen. Goede en aardige bediening en je kunt rustig de tijd nemen.

We stumbled onto this place on our first night in Orvieto and have been back twice more. The food is consistently delicious and the wine is too! The umbrichelli with guanciale and pistachios is one of the best pastas I’ve ever had anywhere. Other pastas are very good too. Good antipasti. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommend it.

Cute, cozy place with excellent food. One dish in particular - a pasta with pancetta and pistachios - was one of the best of our two week trip to Italy! Kind and patient service. Would certainly return if ever in the area.

If you come to Orvieto a place in the center near the Duomo is a nice, welcoming restaurant with a choice range of wines. Excellent quality and honest prices.

21/11/2024: I asked if they had a wine list and the waitress said they didn’t. When I ducked inside I’d noticed prosecco mentioned on a chalk board inside at a cost of 5 euro so we both ordered one each. However the bill listed them as 6 euro each. I pointed to the board with the cost and said we understood the price to be 5 euro. The waitress simply said “no that’s wrong”. Just very bizarre and I couldn’t be bothered arguing such a small amount. Without a wine list with prices perhaps worth clarifying prices to avoid the same situation. The setting is otherwise beautiful and the Prosecco was nice.
19/11/2024: It’s quite hard to get better napoli pizza than being in napoli, right? Well, think twice about it. This place is the best of Napoli, period!
