Piedmontese trattoria, where they have maintained the authenticity of traditional dishes, managing to sauté them at very high levels. Wonderful peppers with bagna cauda, ditto for the gnocchi, the tajarin, the guinea fowl... etc. etc. Right wine list with the not obvious presence of wines such as freisa and grignolino which I often don't find, but which belong head-on to tradition. Attentive, kind service, available to find solutions. The place is small, I recommend booking, and welcoming, perhaps a little dark and this was more evident during daytime meals. Absolutely correct prices. I highly recommend

The quality of the dishes is average: not excellent but good. The portions are generous.
I'm not happy with the service: order taken 25 minutes after my arrival, starters after another half hour and just as long for the first course. Definitely too slow. The waitresses were friendly but with spartan service.
Environment with soft light, too much so.
Not suitable for customers with disabilities: little space between the tables and a flight of stairs to access the dining room.
Adequate account.
It's good for an informal lunch for customers who aren't in a hurry.

Everything Perfect!!! We had lunch for my son's baptism and we really enjoyed it. The management was available to our every request. Always friendly and with a smile. Warm, welcoming and familiar place. A truly beautiful trattoria. Abundant and well prepared dishes. High quality of raw materials. We will definitely be back.

Nice and comfortable place, located in a small street in the centre. The cuisine offers traditional Piedmontese dishes made with care and quality ingredients. The wine list, not very extensive to be honest, however offers some labels from emerging producers that I recommend trying. The staff is pleasant and kind. Suitable for those looking for an informal venue with excellent cuisine.

Bella e tipica osteria nel centro storico di Bra. Locale non molto ampio con tavoli al limite della privacy. In compenso il personale è molto gentile ed accogliente.
Propongono una cucina tradizionale ben presentata e realizzata con materie prime di buona qualità. Ottimi i tajarin al ragù di salsiccia di Bra e le acciughe al verde.
Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliato. A circa 300 mt è disponibile un parcheggio pubblico.

Buena comida a excelentes precios, realmente vieja escuela italiana trattoria!
El servicio era muy agradable, tajarin con ragu de salchicha de sujetador eran geniales. Panna cotta increíble.
