I just ate here for the first time and was very satisfied. Everything was delicious, and despite the staff rushing from table to table, they managed to take the time to make sure everything was fine. Great place!

Thirty egg yolks per 1 kg of flour yield perfect tajarin, long-narrow-thin, rigorously handmade by the chef; the Bra sausage ragù was delicious and flavorful. I'm already dreaming of them in November with white truffle 😋 An excellent appetizer of raw Braiella fish preceded them. The dinner was rounded off by impeccable and pleasant table service: excellent!

Definitely a positive Sunday lunch! Quality raw materials, excellent food, polite, kind and prepared staff. We had a great time and will definitely be back...a great discovery!
