The food was very tasty and well-prepared. I would especially like to praise the staff for their kindness and professionalism, and give special thanks to the young man handling reservations - he was extremely helpful and accommodating.
The only downside was that we weren’t given wine glasses even though we ordered their house wine. Overall, still a great experience!

Accoglientissimi, con sapori locali splendidi. Just a great place. Everyone super nice, with wonderful food centered on local foundational dishes. We have eaten in many, many restaurants in Italy over the years. Really can’t go wrong here. Unpretentious and delicious. Waiter Claudio is super awesome.

This restaurant is a gem in the heart of Ortigia. The atmosphere and food make you feel like you're in a true Sicilian home. The excellent appetizers and fresh pasta make for an unforgettable experience. A must-visit if you're in the Syracuse area.

Tra i vicoli di Ortigia, in un posto tranquillo, si trova questo localino caratteristico per il suo stile particolare ricco di merletti, stoviglie classiche e mobili della nonna che ti fa sentire a casa. Pasta fresca buonissima, antipasti ottimi, prodotti freschi. Il valore aggiunto, il Sig. Carlo, premuroso e gentilissimo, che ci ha trattati con dolcezza anche se con quattro bambini abbiamo creato un po' di confusione. Consigliatissimo!
