I ate well. The traditional Bolognese first courses we tried were up to par.
The place is nice and in a very central area of Bologna in the suggestive Corte Galluzzi. Internal and external positions.
The only complaint was that the water bottle was at room temperature (and in summer that's not the best).
I think I'll come back anyway to try other dishes.
Prices were high, but at least the portions were generous.

Cozy place in the Quadrilattero of Bologna. Very attentive and helpful service. The pasta we ate was very good and the tiramisu spectacular. Highly recommended for quality price

Good (not excellent) experience at the new “forgotten recipes” version of the reopened restaurant. We were semi regulars at the previous iteration. My dishes (tuna, beans, onions antipasti and gramigna pasta) were quite delicious, although my companions were less thrilled with theirs. (Tagliatelle; melanzane, etc)
A couple of suggestions as they go forward: the wine/water glasses are terrible; the music needs some improved curating, lighting for dinner was too bright. I wish them success in implementing their vision.

This small trattoria is very near the dome of Bologna, but hidden in a backyard. We spotted it on a stroll and fortunately placed a reservation, since it was fully booked that night. Very attentive and friendly service - yes, a bit slow, but who complains about this in italy, on vacation and on a nice and warm evening.....
The food was excellent, pasta perfect and my choice the liver up to expectations. Choice of wine is extensice and decent ones sold by the glass - our biological Sangiovese was a perfect match.
