The food was good, but the service needs to be improved.... The two waitresses weren't pleasant.... They didn't want to leave any Parmesan cheese on the table because it's "only for pasta.".... Not very good.

We enjoyed an absolutely incredible dinner here. They offer a delicious gluten free traditional tagliatelle Ragu which was the best I’ve tried in Bologna! The other regular pastas and soups were enjoyed thoroughly by my family. The staff were very lovely and the ambiance was perfect. A must try if you’re in the area.

This restaurant is located in a small square or "corte" near Bologna's Piazza Maggiore. It is a historic building, in a very nice and quiet location, in a corner of the "corte." The waiters were helpful and friendly. The menu was full of recipes from the ancient pilgrim Artussi. A good meat lasagna and an unusual and excellent "Tagliatelle verdi alla Bolognese" made according to the pilgrim's recipe. According to what we were told, this pilgrim was the first to discover Bolognese ragù. Our dish featured a white ragù of "Vitello tirato al brodo di manzo." The pasta was "repaired" with Parmesan cheese. It was a truly delicious dish. We enjoyed a very cold Moretti beer, which was greatly appreciated.

If you're hungry in Bologna, don't hesitate, La Corte Galluzzi is your place. Splendid food (the tagliatelle with ragù is thrilling and the tiramisu is pure glory), brutal prosecco and unbeatable service. Oh, ask for Andrea and you'll know what magnificent attention is.

We had the most amazing food. The aged parmigiana Reggio sauce is fantastic. The potato soufflé starter and Tortellini both have this awesome sauce.Service and atmosphere is good too!

Tre pallini perchè l'antipasto era buono, non mi sento di dire la stessa cosa della cotoletta alla bolognese, che ho trovato troppo pesante e deludente. Servizio un po' opprimente, anche se immagino non sia colpa dei camerieri, sono formati a fare così, conto molto salato in rapporto alle pietanze

Everything is a symphony of flavors, an almost useless review for a historic place, but, after so many years that it has been in vogue, I noticed a determination and a commitment almost like a place just opened to make itself known. Good in the kitchen and very kind in every service. To return.

21/07/2025: This was our favorite place to have a bite in Bologna. It was delicious, prices are great, but above all the service and the attitude really made us feel special. I'll never forget how our waiter ran to the back of the tratoria to bring us extra parmigiano to go, just because he noticed how much my little daughter loved it!
