Siamo stati serviti da due camerieri, uno dei quali davvero divertente e cordiale, oltre ad essere stati serviti molto velocemente e con estrema cortesia. Sui piatti purtroppo non ci siamo: antipasto di salumi normale, tagliatelle al ragù buone ma non eccezionali e dolci senza infamia e senza lode. Capisco il prezzo dovuta alla centralità del locale ma sulla qualità dei piatti ci si può lavorare

Place recently opened with new management. The products offered are of excellent quality and well prepared. The staff very kind and helpful. The only negative note is the lack of good aspiration which does not allow you to fully enjoy the experience in this environment (I recommend booking on the lower floor).

The atmosphere is super nice, the staff is attentive.
Tagliatelle bolognese are delicious, thus Parmigiana was not the best. I took Secondo - veal specialty but the plate was not so hot when arrived. The general impression is still very good.

Good (not excellent) experience at the new “forgotten recipes” version of the reopened restaurant. We were semi regulars at the previous iteration. My dishes (tuna, beans, onions antipasti and gramigna pasta) were quite delicious, although my companions were less thrilled with theirs. (Tagliatelle; melanzane, etc)
A couple of suggestions as they go forward: the wine/water glasses are terrible; the music needs some improved curating, lighting for dinner was too bright. I wish them success in implementing their vision.
