A beautiful dinner, in a small hidden Bolognese square that takes you back in time. Excellent quality food respecting tradition. The tortellini in parmesan cream with truffle are highly approved.

Trattoria Corte Galuzzi review Today I had the pleasure of having dinner with my best friend at Trattoria Corte Galuzzi. A truly delightful experience! We started with two cold first courses: Insalata Romantica and Insalata Cesar. Both were a true explosion of flavours: very fresh, balanced, truly delicious. For second courses, we chose the vitello with tuna sauce, spectacular, a real surprise! Soft, tasty, simply perfect. The other course was the combo and grilled ox: very tender meat with a rich and intense cooking base, every bite was a pleasure! As a side dish, we had crescentine: hot, fragrant, irresistible. Absolutely must try! Special praise goes to the staff: fantastic! We were greeted with beautiful smiles, the service was quick, friendly and very professional. We had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Zina: kind, present, attentive to our every request. A true professional, a great one! Finally, the restaurant deserves a mention: it is located in the heart of the historic center, easily accessible by public transport, and is furnished in perfect traditional style. Welcoming and authentic, just as you would expect from a real trattoria. Highly recommended!

Courteous and kind. Excellent food. Tortellini in broth, tagliatelle with meat sauce, Bolognese cutlet and excellent fried polenta starter. One flaw was that there was no water in the men's bathroom sink. I would stay here again. Unique place near a Bolognese tower.

Tre pallini perchè l'antipasto era buono, non mi sento di dire la stessa cosa della cotoletta alla bolognese, che ho trovato troppo pesante e deludente. Servizio un po' opprimente, anche se immagino non sia colpa dei camerieri, sono formati a fare così, conto molto salato in rapporto alle pietanze

Siamo stati serviti da due camerieri, uno dei quali davvero divertente e cordiale, oltre ad essere stati serviti molto velocemente e con estrema cortesia. Sui piatti purtroppo non ci siamo: antipasto di salumi normale, tagliatelle al ragù buone ma non eccezionali e dolci senza infamia e senza lode. Capisco il prezzo dovuta alla centralità del locale ma sulla qualità dei piatti ci si può lavorare
