Piedmontese trattoria with several traditional dishes also revisited with great care and attention. The veal with tuna sauce is exceptional, as is the veal with salt and peaches (off the menu), excellent agnolotti. The only discordant note was the wine by the glass from a bottle opened for several days, probably stored at room temperature and which had begun to have an evident oxidative note, a shame.

Un ottimo ristorante. Il cibo, per la stragrande maggioranza, si rifà alla cultura culinaria piemontese. A volte in parte rivisitata.
Personalmente ho optato per un piatto non tipico, lo stinco. Buono ma non è il piatto forte..
Cosa diversa per ravioli, carne cruda con l’uovo piuttosto sto che pasta e riso soprattutto.
Di qualità anche i secondi piatti e di dolci.
Locale che consiglio di provare!

A really great trattoria/osteria.
Highly regional food, constant rotation of dishes based on seasonality, also has a deli of cheeses and jams.
Really rich selection of wines.
In Rivoli it is difficult to find better for a business lunch.
Very honest prices: appetizers, first courses and second courses all around 8-10 euros.

Typical Piedmontese restaurant, the raw materials are of high quality and can be felt, wide choice of starters and main courses, possibility of a tasting menu. The place is nice, not very big, there is also a wide choice of wines. I would highly recommend their tagliolini, their ravioli and the pork shank. If by chance you can't finish a dish they give you the opportunity to take it home, the same goes for wine. The service is very professional, the staff polite and friendly. Booking is preferable but not mandatory. It really deserves a lot, congratulations.

A typical Piedmontese restaurant, I found the cheese plate evocative where there is a real tasting of typical regional products. Very good food, small/medium portions, the quality is not cheap, rightly so. Service normal.
