For over 15 years, whenever I can, I come to enjoy the experience of a lunch here. Appetizers, first courses, second courses and cheeses, always follow the path of seeking quality together with simplicity. Try it and you will not be disappointed. I will continue to come here every time I pass by.

Piedmontese trattoria with several traditional dishes also revisited with great care and attention. The veal with tuna sauce is exceptional, as is the veal with salt and peaches (off the menu), excellent agnolotti. The only discordant note was the wine by the glass from a bottle opened for several days, probably stored at room temperature and which had begun to have an evident oxidative note, a shame.

Un ottimo ristorante. Il cibo, per la stragrande maggioranza, si rifà alla cultura culinaria piemontese. A volte in parte rivisitata. Personalmente ho optato per un piatto non tipico, lo stinco. Buono ma non è il piatto forte.. Cosa diversa per ravioli, carne cruda con l’uovo piuttosto sto che pasta e riso soprattutto. Di qualità anche i secondi piatti e di dolci. Locale che consiglio di provare!

Trattoria scoperta per caso, locale molto caratteristico e curato,abbiamo mangiato benissimo,materia prima eccezionale,servizio ottimo,da ritornare sicuramente!

09/06/2025: I received a fantastic recommendation with tasting for local and high quality olive oil. The shop owner and the shop is very authentic and charming.
27/05/2025: We found “Evo di Eva” by chance while walking and we immediately understood that it was a small excellence! In addition to having eaten very well (including the best caprese of recent times with buffalo mozzarella from Cuneo), we discovered Eva, a truly kind and competent person. We will return and we have elected this small place as our favorite place.
