Typical Piedmontese restaurant! Everything truly exceptional! Amazing veal with tuna sauce!!!

Piedmontese trattoria that you don't expect in Collegno: friendly service, excellent dishes with many vegetarian options, a complete and studied wine list with excellent options by the glass, honest prices. We recommend the themed evenings as well as, if you are lucky enough to find them off the menu, their wonderful tajarin with meat sauce and livers, which alone are worth a trip. The only flaw is the slightly cramped environment, but it can be tolerated without difficulty.

We went to the restaurant today for lunch. It was a pleasant and more than welcome dining experience; we will return shortly to enjoy one of the themed evening menus. Congratulations 👏🏻 to the kitchen and appreciation to the dining room staff for their courtesy.

The food is quite good but they don't stand out for their friendliness. The owner responded to a couple of questions I asked in a rather derogatory manner. And anyway you don't spend a lot, so I pay and yet enough to be treated like this? But also not.

We had lunch here on a normal working Monday. Small but well-kept environment. Kind and polite service. The legume pasta was very very good. For dessert, the panna cotta with raspberry topping, really good. Well done!

A welcoming environment that perfectly combines the charm of a traditional piola and the authenticity of an old food shop. The menu is a riot of Piedmontese specialities, rich and varied, with dishes prepared and presented with evident care. Each course is an experience to be enjoyed, and there is no dish that does not conquer the palate. If it were possible, I would give ten stars because it definitely deserves them.

Avrei voluto dare un voto superiore ma purtroppo la carne che ci hanno presentato al tavolo era troppo cotta benché avessimo chiesto cottura media. Il servizio è Gentile e cortese. I piatti sono tutti preparati con cura: ottimi funghi fritti. Eccellente la cantina ed il barbaresco che ci hanno propostoera una ottima soluzione con eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo. La carne purtroppo mi ha deluso sotto il profilo della cottura, perché benché di ottima qualità era davvero immangiabile ed avrebbero dovuto capire che andava cambiata

Se non si sa dov’è, è inutile girovagare a vuoto. Una volta trovato, una porticina con vetrina adiacente. Buona possibilità di parcheggio nella via. Personale simpatico e competente, in particolare la titolare. Esposizione di formaggi in una vetrinetta con etichetta. Sembra poco, ma nell’1% dei ristoranti italiani si trova questa possibilità di scelta. Il menu prevede antipasti piemontesi, primi (4) buonissimi e secondi di carne bovina e di maiale. Dolci semplici ma attraenti. Il pezzo forte sono comunque i formaggi che si possono scegliere e soprattutto gustare senza miele o marmellata: nature… Prezzi ragionevoli anche nei vini con possibilità di calice.
