Great choice and great products. When I want to eat good borlenghi I always go here. Normal prices and normal waiting times. Reservations are always recommended.

Pleasant lunch based on local specialties. Very honest prices and friendly staff. The structure has some rooms available, but I personally have not tried staying in them.

Sono stata a cena con amici qualche giorno fa e devo dire che non potevamo trovare di meglio. - Cameriere assolutamente gentilissime e con il sorriso sul viso: cosa non da poco! - locale ampio, pieno di gente ma ordinato e pulito - menu davvero vario e della tradizione vignolese! Abbiamo optato per il giro dei borlenghi (2,30€ l’uno) , che si sono rivelati superlativi e gnocco/tigelle con salumi e formaggi. Il prezzo finale è stato assolutamente nella norma. Ci siamo alzati da tavola tutti soddisfatti e con la promessa di tornarci nuovamente.

Salumi buoni borlengo mangiato per la prima volta. lo mangio io è veramente molto molto buono da 100!!!!! Anche i formaggi Peccato per la poca scelta di chi non può mangiare formaggi come il mio compagno si è dovuto accontentare ma comunque buono ci dovrebbe essere più scelta Ottimo il gelato con aceto

We had dinner as a couple on the evening of August 15th, we ordered the menu for 25 euros per person. Let's start with 2 borlenghi, never eaten before, delicious, hot and crunchy. Then comes a trio of pasta, tortellini and pink ravioli which are delicious, but the gramigna alla boscaiola was stellar. We were a little full and at the end you get the coup de grace, tigelle, fried cheese dumplings and a large plate of very fresh cured meats. Everything top quality crazy. Excellent waiters, especially a young boy with curly hair, always smiling and kind. 1 bottle of water 1/2 of wine 2 coffees and a bitter for only 64 euros. Your fame is deserved, keep it up. PS. Personal note, the owner is a Rammstein lover and for me and my wife it was the icing on the cake at the end of dinner. We will definitely be back

Unfortunately, in recent years, this historic place has lost a lot of the quality it initially had... it still remains a good place to savor the cuisine of Modena/Vignolese, borlenghi, crescentine, etc.... (price increased too much for the service and quality of the cuisine) I would review the price list or improve the quality of the raw materials.
