Trattoria La Campagnola In Castellamonte

A spartan tavern like it used to be. No menu and only two menus, one with mushrooms and the other with limited choices. Three appetizers, two first courses, and two second courses. The tagliolini with ragù are light on meat; the ones with porcini mushrooms are better and tastier; the fried ones are good. The prices are still reasonable. The owner is friendly and the staff is friendly.

Simple and clean place, exceptional view, very kind and competent staff, simple and excellent food! I recommend it to everyone!! We were there today and will definitely be back, even just for the stuffed peaches, which were exceptional, as was the whole lunch. Congratulations!!!

Exactly what I expected. Location with super view of hills and city, simple and tasty food, friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Excellent price. Alessandro is a force of nature with a great desire to do, but above all to take care of his customers with a lot of passion. He personally goes to buy the products, preferring artisanal ones and this without raising the prices which, in relation to the quality, are very honest. The mothers-in-law serve at the tables and cook and have little of "mothers-in-law" ... on the contrary: they are kind, one more communicative in the immediate, the other takes a moment more of your time, but then takes care of you like a family member at lunch. Trattorias like this should be protected, but since it is not foreseen, let's take care of it by making it clear how much we appreciate the local cuisine, the service, the atmosphere and the nature that surrounds this unique place. Alessandro è una forza della natura con tanta voglia di fare, ma soprattutto di prendersi cura dei Suoi clienti con tanta passione. Si reca personalmente ad acquistare i prodotti preferendo quelli artigianali e ciò senza alzare i prezzi che rapportati alla qualità sono onestissimi. Le consuocere servono ai tavoli e cucinano e di "suocere" hanno poco... anzi: sono gentili, una più comunicativa nell'immediato, l'altra si prende un attimo di tempo in più, ma poi Ti cura come un familiare a pranzo. Le trattorie come questa andrebbero tutelata, ma visto che non è previsto pensiamoci noi facendo capire quanto apprezziamo la cucina del territorio, il servizio, l'atmosfera e la natura che circonda questo luogo unico.
