We had dinner at this trattoria on Saturday. The atmosphere was very refined, truly a cozy, typical osteria-trattoria. The food was truly top-notch: the gnocchi were amazing, with a top-quality Florentine steak, cooked rare as requested. Overall, we were satisfied, and the prices were fair. I'll definitely be back!

Saturday evening at La Busa - I hadn't booked, but there were tables available, so there was no wait. We had two appetizers and two meat dishes. The breadsticks with Colonnata lard are a specialty...and they're challenging, but delicious! The meat is always superb and perfectly cooked, and the baked potatoes are delicious. The wine on tap is neither good nor bad. We didn't order dessert; the price was fair for what we ordered.
