Trattoria Infernotto In Genova

11/05/2025: 3 stars just for the friendliness of the staff and for the tiramisu which was very good...otherwise the food wasn't good and we didn't like the location!

10/05/2025: I am writing a new review after a couple of years of frequenting this restaurant. The stars become five for all parameters after, in fact, numerous visits every time we are in Genoa. Always flawless! As my daughter-in-law, another regular visitor together with my son and daughter, says, "it's like going to eat at your aunt's, good and genuine food, warm but not affected welcome and a family environment". What about the food: perfect trofie, excellent fried food because it's freshly made, Genoese minestrone and tripe dishes for which my wife says "this evening we're going to 3 Merli because I'm craving their minestrone or tripe. Everything else follows with equal satisfaction. Long live the 3 Merli and especially those who manage it.
