A traditional trattoria in Conselve (PD) with a €15 fixed lunch menu. An à la carte menu is also always available. The staff is friendly, although lunchtimes are a bit rushed due to the large influx of customers. Reservations are recommended, even for lunch if possible. The food is good.

After traveling to Conselve on Sunday for work, you feel like (at least I do), especially because you're alone, to eat something quickly, naturally good but without who knows what pretensions. I cross the road from where I'm staying and I immerse myself in a well-frequented trattoria with delicacies and authenticity from times gone by... add to that the fact that an off-menu dish that is suggested to you is a "repeat" one, all you have to do is go back, go back and go back again to taste almost the entire menu... in short: Generous dishes (even in portions) with flavors of the true local culinary tradition.

But we'll tell you right away: the welcome was courteous and organized, the staff very professional, kind, and fast, the waiter was empathetic, knowledgeable, and an excellent professional, and finally, the FOOD... ABSOLUTELY SPECIAL, DELICIOUS, FRESH, DELICIOUS, SUPERLATIVE, UNMATCHED!!!! GO AND TRY IT!!!!
