A restaurant known more for meat, we tried the "fish and fizz" evening, based on fish. The quality was good, even if the omnipresent octopus dominated both as a first and second course. We would have preferred to be free to choose the wine or not and not tie it to the fixed menu; if you are a teetotaler the price doesn't change and it doesn't seem fair to me.

Great place in a context of absolute tranquility. We tasted some dreamy tagliatelle with ragù. Perfectly cooked with a fabulous ragù. Their veal with tuna sauce is also excellent. It should be like this in many places in Piedmont. The cod was appreciated. Applause for the Tognazzi cup to end on a sweet note. The wine list with fair prices is very interesting. Congratulations also for both the internal and external frame. It will definitely be a must stop when we are in the area. Good work, see you next time, thanks

13/07/2024: Rustic and refined atmosphere at the same time, impeccable service and a menu known above all for its incredible risottos! At the start of the meal you can help yourself to a buffet full of cooked and raw vegetables and the innkeeper will then offer you the various first courses. We had a risotto with seasonal vegetables and black truffle, delicious, and an equally delicious provolone risotto. I can not wait to come back!

19/08/2024: The treatment was very friendly, we ate a menu and it was a lot of food, very delicious, what I didn't like was the dessert :(
14/08/2024: We were invited by friends to celebrate a birthday. We didn't know the place, but we were really satisfied with the food and the kindness of the staff. It's a shame not to have more fans because I really suffered from the heat or having an indoor environment with air conditioning.
