We chose the Gabbiano 1983 Restaurant for Easter lunch and we couldn't have made a better choice. Right from the welcome, you can perceive the care and passion that guide this restaurant: the staff was impeccable, professional and at the same time warm, making us immediately feel at ease.
The Easter menu was a true triumph of taste and creativity. Each dish, from the appetizer to the dessert, was a small masterpiece: elegant presentation, very high quality ingredients and perfectly balanced combinations of flavours. In particular, the lamb served as a second course was very tender and rich in flavor, while the Easter dessert, a reinterpretation of the dove, was the perfect grand finale.
The atmosphere at Il Gabbiano is refined but not cold, with a simple elegance that makes you feel pampered. You can perceive the strong identity of a restaurant with a long history, but also the desire to innovate and surprise.
In short, a gastronomic experience of the highest level, made even more special by the festive atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

Taking advantage of an offer I ate the boiled meat with various sauces, all delicious and very special, preceded by the marubini in broth. Perhaps the only flaw was that some cuts of meat were tough, because I prefer them softer, but it is a small thing in so much goodness. So much revisited food, adding only the best.

Ristorante al confine tra le province di Cremona e Brescia, ma la tendenza cremonese è fortissima.Locale carino con un'ottima scelta dei vini.Loro specialità assoluta: l'oca. Ottima negli antipasti ,nella coscia e nel petto. Tendenza cremonese anche nei dolci con la coppa "Tognazzi".Possibilità di acquisti sia di dolcetti sia di altri prodotti.Qualità prezzi nella media. Parcheggio comodissimo nella piazza.
