As a couple, for lunch today. Outside, low clouds and rain, but inside, a warm, musical atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed the tasting menu: all the tradition of the Langhe is evident in the dishes offered, beautiful to look at and incredibly tasty. There's an extensive wine list, but we opted for the house wine: an excellent Dolcetto DOCG from Dogliani! What a delightful discovery this restaurant is, even if it's almost anonymous from the street. The chef, Pierluigi Vivalda, is affable and friendly, and the wait staff is professional and cheerful. Congratulations! P.S.: I love and am thrilled to see orders taken with pen and notebook. 😉

A hidden spot in the heart of the Langhe, its location means it's not crowded with tourists.
Authentic. Genuine. Comfortable. The tables and location give you a homey feel.
Equally authentic food. Typical grandmother's dishes. Decent portions. Excellent prices. Exceptional quality.
Menu of the day for €35 with 1 appetizer, 1 first course, 1 second course, 1 dessert.
Everything delicious. The starter tartare was fantastic.

Simple but very welcoming atmosphere, a view of the Langhe, good wine, and delicious traditional Piedmontese food with a modern twist. The Fassona tartare, the Russian salad, and the veal with tuna sauce are excellent, as are the ravioli al vin (wine ravioli), and the Langa Milanese (the others are too, but these are my favorites!). The owner is always kind and helpful. I recommend calling and making a reservation, even if you're a couple: even though it's in a small town, it's very popular. It's a place worth discovering!

The cuisine is excellent, the dishes generous and carefully prepared.
Pierluigi takes the time to tell us about his passion, his experience, and his love for cooking, which are evident in every plate.
We will gladly return as soon as possible during our Italian getaways.
