We were there on August 26, 2025, my wife, my two children, and I found the suppli fantastic, homemade. The first courses were cooked with care, I'd even say with true mastery—not exactly peasant cuisine, but rather that of a Michelin-starred chef. We had the chicken, which was truly delicious. What can I say? Everything was perfect, the house wine was good. The service was extremely courteous, and there were always a smile or two. The bill was fair, and I felt I got my money's worth. I wasn't paid for this review, and I believe those who work with their heart deserve recognition. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Overall, the dishes were good but not exceptional. The appetizers and sides, however, need some work: €10 for three falafels is definitely too much, and the portions of the sides were equally modest. The atmosphere was pleasant and the service was courteous.

You'll find "the" real Coriola alla ternana here... mouth-watering supplì and dishes made with love... the beautifully decorated location just steps from the Marmore Falls and the extremely attentive and efficient service made an impromptu lunch a wonderful discovery... we apologize for not coming sooner 😊 Highly recommended, and see you soon!!!

I loved everything about it: the location, the waiters were always very kind, and the food was delicious... I have only good memories of this place.

An extraordinary discovery. We were staying in the B&B next door, so we were lucky in that regard. The place is truly stunning, and the food exceeded expectations. The best supplì I've ever eaten in my life (and I lived in Rome for many years!). The meatballs were also noteworthy, and the cheesecake was truly exquisite. All in all, a delightful evening, and we left with a full stomach! I highly recommend it.

First time for us, excellent food with a 25 euro set menu. The service needs to be reconsidered due to the wait and the wrong orders several times. Otherwise, I highly recommend it.

Excellent experience at Brecco Brillo, very kind and helpful staff. I highly recommend it to anyone passing through Marmore and looking for a different kind of dinner, but with distinctive and bold flavors. The desserts are excellent.
